Research On The Aging-adaptive Update Strategy Of The External Environment Of The Existing Community Based On The Visual Cognition Theory

The aging in China is becoming increasingly prominent problem of the society.In order to meet the needs of the current development stage,home-based community care has become the dominant form of care in China.Considering the process of urbanization in China,the residential form of living in closed residential communities has become the dominant residential form for the elderly in China.In this form,there is a lack of care for the elderly in existing community,which makes the contradiction between the special needs of the elderly and the unreasonable design of the external environment of the community increasingly sharp.Focusing on the perspective of visual perception,this dissertation tries to discuss how to strengthen the visual clues in the external environment of the existing community and discuss the strategies and Suggestions to achieve the aging adaptation of the visual experience in the external environment of the existing community under the background of the degeneration of the visual perception ability of the elderly from the perspective of people’s visual perception of the environment.Based on the cognitive science in known environment according to the theory of visual perception mechanism,puts forward and summarizes the visual perception perspective understanding community goals,external environment of architecture and combining the main external environment for the elderly in the community to participate in the activities of the maintenance activities and recreational sex,on this basis to establish the elderly community external environment of the main visual object and system of visual cues,puts forward the elderly cognitive community environment visual perception model of the key visual cues.Taking Jin Long garden of Shenzhen city as a field study case,this dissertation collected the behavior patterns and basic activity places of the elderly group with Jin Long garden as the main living area through questionnaire survey,and described the main life paths of the elderlygroup in this community.The visual perception model of the elderly group’s cognition of the key visual clues of the community environment was verified by simulating the visual cognition of the concrete visual object of the community environment through the vision of the elderly and the experimental design based on the actual visual experience of the community.Finally,according to the current situation of the external environment of the existing community,this dissertation provides an adaptation strategy for the visual perception of the external environment of the existing community to compensate for the lack of visual cues,to provide clear object cues and to connect social roles and embodied experiences.This strategy provides a good supplement to the existing community transformation strategies in terms of visual perception,which can significantly increase the pertinence of age-appropriate transformation and has certain practical value.
