With the continuous development of economic globalization,the competition of home appliance manufacturing industry is increasingly fierce.In the face of people's growing demand for life and the ever-changing market economy,the production cost and production cycle of products has become a growing concern of the home appliance industry.It is an effective way to solve the above problems to realize the information management of home appliance industry,and the application of manufacturing execution system(MES)plays an important role in the information management of enterprises.This paper takes the refrigerator production in the home appliance industry as an example to design the manufacturing execution system for the refrigerator production line,so as to enhance the market competitiveness of the refrigerator industry.The main research contents are as follows:(1)According to the current situation of China's refrigerator industry and the shortcomings of production management,this paper analyzes the requirements of MES of refrigerator production line,and analyzes the system requirements from three aspects of design requirements,business process and design principles.Then,according to the design requirements of MES system of refrigerator production line,the overall design scheme of MES system is determined.(2)According to the MES requirements and overall design scheme of refrigerator production line,the system is designed in detail from five aspects: system architecture,function module construction,system database design,data communication with process control layer and system integration.The system architecture is mainly divided into software architecture and network architecture.The construction of functional modules is divided into eight sub modules.The database is developed and designed by SQL server,the communication with process control layer equipment is realized by OPC UA technology.The system integration is divided into the integration with ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)and PCS(process control system).(3)In order to realize the orderly scheduling of refrigerator production line and further improve the production efficiency,genetic algorithm is used to optimize the production line scheduling problem.Finally,the MES system of refrigerator production line is tested based on.Net platform,and the test results are consistent with the expectation.
