| With With the acceleration of urbanization in China,a large number of foreign population has brought pressure on the transportation and housing of large and medium-sized cities.In the face of the housing problem of the floating population caused by the high housing price,with the support of the huge market and the government,the centralized long-rented apartment came into being and showed an explosive growth.However,there are many problems behind it,such as the lack of market supervision and industry standards,unreasonable space design,the lack of analysis on the living characteristics and needs of the youth group,the lack of personalized experience,and the prominent contradiction between investment cost and design.Designers should be aware of the emerging long-term rental apartments on the market,while solving the housing problem of the floating population brought by urbanization,and bring about the problem of space design research.In this paper,through the investigation of the current situation of the residents of the long-rented apartment,we can understand their living conditions and needs.This paper investigates the advantages and disadvantages of the practice project of long rent apartment,and systematically understands and discusses the centralized long rent apartment,aiming at improving the living condition of the youth group and the economic benefits of the operators,and obtains an optimized and feasible design method for the centralized long rent apartment space.Finally,the paper summarizes the main points,principles and optimization measures of the space design of the centralized long rent apartment,and summarizes the whole paper and puts forward the development prospect of the centralized long rent apartment in the current social background. |
