Research On The Sharing Design Of The Youth Rental Apartment

The rapid development of the towns and the speeding up of urbanization level in improving people's living conditions and improve the quality of life also brought a large number of the flow of population,new urban population,housing problem has become the focus of society.Since 1995,when Chinese real estate jumped into the growth stage,the home ownership has always been the main body of China's housing supply system,except for some low-income housing.As in the "closed" the increase of the circulation of commodity value properties ownership "living function" fundamental attribute of the weakened gradually,more and more outside the housing application standard of living just to people in the face of high housing prices,to become the "sandwich layer" of the society.At the same time,with the advent of the era of "new rental",the housing rental market has great potential for development in China at the present stage,in the certain significance,"just purchase is subject to" and "living just to" organic separation,significantly reduced the cost of living of people.Rental apartment as rental housing segment type,its flexibility,the layout of individual character is easy to meet the current needs tend to be more simple structure of the family tenant,favored by the youth groups that rent a house.Because of the economic costs and living demand is always rental housing design characteristics,according to this,this article based on the literature research and investigation and analysis on the basis of youth apartment rental pertinently participatory design research,hope for rental apartment building in the future development has the reference value of the strategies and advice.The research object of this article for young rental apartments,the research content of participatory design,on the basis of related theory and existing research,through the literature method,questionnaire and field survey research methods,summarizes the youth rental apartment sharing problem;In order to reduce the cost of use and meet the demand of residence,this paper puts forward the sharing design strategy of youth rent apartment.The article is divided into six chapters: the first chapter clarifies the research background,the research question,the research significance,the research method and the research framework.The second chapter of "new rent" youth apartment rental analyzes development situation analysis,and sums up the "new rent" under the background of the influence factors of youth apartment rental space organization and the characteristics of youth rental apartment.Under the background of the third chapter of "new rent" youth apartment rental studied and analyzed the necessity and possibility of participatory design,through the questionnaire investigation and study the present young people living demand and living habits of the relevant quantitative data,and sums up the lease of the crowd to use based on the needs of the main problems in the design of youth rental apartment sharing features.Chapter iv based on the analysis of the above chapters research,from the Shared function space in overall utilization layout design strategy in the building,sharing space between organic organization strategy,the typical way of sharing and sharing space atmosphere build strategy,participatory design within a set of function space organization strategy four aspects discusses the youth participatory design strategy of rental apartments.In the fifth chapter,a case study is made on the design of youth rental apartment in bell road district,Seoul.The sixth chapter summarizes the thesis and puts forward the main conclusions,the innovation points and the further research direction.
