The fatigue failure of bellows is often accompanied by safety accidents,and its fatigue life is one of the important factors affecting its quality.In this paper,a test bench for fatigue life testing of bellows is designed for multiple types of bellows and high-pressure working conditions.Based on the high pressure working condition of the bellows fatigue failure,this paper combines the design plan to select and check the optical axis and linear bearing,putting forward the principle of fatigue life test and the design scheme of the test bench.It provides a basis for the selection of electric cylinders and motors through the analysis and calculation of the load characteristics of the test bench.Three kinds of bellows clamping structure are designed for many types of bellows in this paper.Through finite element analysis,the sealing performance and reliability of the sealing structure of the test bench are analyzed,it was verified that the designed sealing structure was reliable.In order to further explore the dynamic characteristics of the test bench under actual working conditions,the author uses the finite element analysis software Ansys to carry out the modal analysis and harmonious response analysis of the fatigue life test bench of the bellows.The author simulates the stress and strain of the test bench when it moves in a sinusoidal motion,obtaining the natural frequency and vibration mode characteristics of the test bench,proving that the test bench will not produce resonance due to the rotation of the electric cylinder.Simultaneously,the author conducted a transient dynamic analysis for the instantaneous sudden change of the motion state of the experimental platform,showing the quick return characteristics of the output end of the electric cylinder,the copper nut and the U-shaped connecting block and that the test bench will not be structurally damaged under this circumstance.The author also use workbench designed and checked the weight and performance of the front and rear support bases and movable plates of the experimental bench with redundancy.Based on the above design and research,the author finally completed the manufacture,installation,debugging and testing of the entire test bench,verified the performance of the test bench for the fatigue life of the bellows under actual working conditions and the efficiency of the quality inspection of the fatigue life of the bellows is also improved.
