With the continuous advancement of economic globalization,the international economy has developed rapidly and market competition has become increasingly severe.The ability to control product quality has become one of the core capabilities of enterprise development and competition.The output of supercapacitor monomers of Company C is one of the main suppliers of supercapacitor products in the domestic and international markets.Therefore,the rigor of C company's product quality control is related to the product level of the entire industry.At the same time,the quality of supercapacitors will affect the operation of related industries such as transportation,power energy,construction machinery,and smart logistics.Therefore,improve The quality of supercapacitor monomer products is imminent.In this paper,Six Sigma management is applied to the quality improvement of the supercapacitor model 2650 F monomer products of C Company,in order to achieve the purpose of improving product quality,increasing the qualification rate of the production line and continuous improvement.The thesis applies the Six Sigma DMAIC(Define,Measure,Analyse,Improve,Control)method to product quality improvement projects,and the main purpose is to effectively improve the qualification rate of supercapacitor monomer products through Six Sigma management methods.The following logical methods are used to guide the management improvement of product projects with low pass rates: First,through in-depth analysis of the product straight-through rate and the pass rate of each process,identify the production process and the reasons for the unqualified products that lead to the lowthrough rate problem product.Secondly,through quality management tools such as process flow charts and causality matrices,we focus on and identify the production links that produce large fluctuations in the qualified rate and the key factors that affect the improvement of the straight-through rate.Third,use DOE analysis tools to analyze the key factors,analyze the optimal level of the key factors that affect the pass rate,and control them.Finally,standardize the imported measures and carry out standardized management and control of key factors,specify the SOP of the production line,and expand the level of effective measures to other similar production lines.At the end of the paper,it explained the benefits that Company C had achieved in the supercapacitor model 2650 F monomer quality improvement project,and summarized the practical experience and guiding significance of implementing Six Sigma management.At the same time,it also analyzed the shortcomings and limitations of this research,and proposed further Suggestions for research directions.
