Due to the light rocket launch system often encounters uneven ground when launching on the ground,the current method of leveling the ground and adjusting the support legs cannot meet the requirements of rapid and reliable leveling when the ground has both pitch and roll.This article designs a manual hydraulic parallel leveling mechanism,in order to solve the above problems.Firstly,this article use oftilt azimuth and tilt angle to describe the ground tilt.Combined with the characteristics of light rocket weapons,the leveling ability of the parallel leveling mechanism is determined,the 2SPS-U parallel structure is determined and the telescopic branch chain is in the form of hydraulic cylinder.The kinematics model is established and the programming calculation software is used to study the range of motion of the parallel mechanism.The design of the main part of the leveling mechanism was finally completed.The Kinematics simulation verified the rationality of the designed mechanism.In order to improve the accuracy of manual leveling and solve the problem of the sealing friction resistance jump caused by the O-ring sealing method of the hydraulic cylinder,a speed control scheme using the principle of poppet valve throttling for fine adjustment and coarse adjustment is proposed.And it gives specific measures to solve the problem of sealing friction resistance jump.In order to simplify the hydraulic oil circuit,the hydraulic oil circuit of the poppet valve with "built-in and externally controlled" piston is proposed and the oil circuit is optimized by using AMESim software.By simulating the throttle characteristics of the poppet valve,the optimal shape and size parameters of the poppet valve and the corresponding spool opening of the coarse and fine adjustment gears are obtained.Finally,the modal analysis,launch dynamics analysis and hydraulic cylinder sealing performance analysis of the leveling mechanism are carried out to verify the rationality of the rigidity design of the key components of the leveling mechanism and the reliability of the hydraulic cylinder sealing performance.
