The setting controller is used as a device for cascading fire control system and fuze to set the fuze on the projectile before the ammunition is launched.Whether the setting is successful or not directly affects the final damage effect of the ammunition,so strict testing is essential in the development and production of the setting controller.Traditional manual inspection has defects such as cumbersome process,low test efficiency,poor flexibility and error-proneness.Research on the setting controller test system with clear human-computer interaction interface,simple operation and convenient testing,is useful for improving the test efficiency of the setting controller.Fault location and product quality assurance are of great significance.In this paper,a set-up controller test system is designed based on a total-priming wired set-up controller.First,according to the working principle and function analysis of the set controller,combined with the set controller test requirements and design principles,the program design of the set controller test system is completed.The simulation fire control interface technology of the set controller was researched,and the structure design of the RS-422/FlexRay data conversion gateway was completed in accordance with the requirements and scalability principles of the set controller test interface compatible with two fire control communication formats.FlexRay bus adopts dual-channel passive linear bus type three-node communication network structure.Based on the analysis of the FlexRay message encoding and encapsulation,the time slot length of the message and the worst response time of static frame transmission are calculated,the FlexRay static segment message failure rate model is deduced,the failure rate curve is drawn using MATLAB software,and the FlexRay static segment is studied Reliability of message transmission.Secondly,research and design the hardware circuit of the set controller test system,including six parts: main control module,power supply module,analog vehicle power supply,AD sampling module,analog fuze switch group and serial communication module.The simulation analysis of the spike generating circuit and the electronic switch circuit has been carried out to verify that the circuit performance meets the design requirements.Finally,the software control flow of the lower computer and the on-off control method of the analog fuze switch group are given.Based on the programming idea of the state machine,the software design of the upper computer of the test system is completed using Lab VIEW,and the serial communication between the upper computer and the lower computer,the display of the test results and the data storage are realized.It has been verified by experiments that the test system of the set controller is reasonable in design and reliable in performance,which meets the test requirements in the production stage of the set controller.
