Aircraft tests generally cost a lot and have a long preparation period,and an acquisition and editor is required to ensure the accuracy and high reliability of the measured parameters in the aircraft test.Aiming at various problems in flight test,this paper develops a high-speed,high-precision,multi-channel,low-noise high-speed acquisition.This paper analyzes the noise modeling and quantitative analysis of various electronic devices selected in the design of the high-speed acquisition,analyzes the analog switch used for sampling and quantization to suppress crosstalk between channels,and analyzes its peripheral circuits and PCBs.A/D converter.Layout and traces are used to reduce the impact of interfering noise on acquisition accuracy.In the signal acquisition circuit,the voltage follower is used to complete the impedance transformation and isolation buffer,filter out highfrequency noise interference,and improve the acquisition accuracy.The sampling quantization circuit adds anti-aliasing filtering to reduce the recoil noise and out-of-band noise caused by analog switches,ensuring the high-precision and low-noise performance of the high-speed acquisition.The settling time of the analog switch is calculated and analyzed,which proves the feasibility of multi-channel acquisition at high sampling rate.By designing the RS422 interface circuit,the LVDS interface circuit realizes the data interaction with the peripheral equipment,and designs the current limiting protection circuit,the board identification circuit and the cable anti-insertion circuit to ensure the stable and reliable operation of the high-Speed acquisition.In terms of logic,the multi-channel sampling control is optimized by writing the acquisition channel ROM table in advance,and the sampling channel can be selected conveniently and accurately.The data of each sampling rate is framed and packaged separately.At the same time,the packaged sampling data and received telemetry data are framed and packaged,which makes it easier and more reliable for the high-speed acquisition and editor to forward data to the data recorder.According to the RS422 interface and LVDS interface specification timing to receive and forward the instructions and data of peripheral devices.By building an experimental platform for functional testing,it is verified that the highspeed editor can receive commands from the host computer and forward the working status of the data recorder,and at the same time,it can interact with the data recorder.The calibration of the high-speed acquisition and editor,and the analysis of the collected data proves that the highspeed acquisition and editor can complete 52 sampling channels,and the sampling rate is up to1 MHz.77.1d B,which meets the low noise characteristics required by the design.The obtained measurement data is unpacked by the host computer and compared with the framing design,and no frame loss occurs,which proves the accuracy and reliability of the high-speed acquisition and editor in the process of data framing and transmission.
