With the increasing number of high-rise buildings and super high-rise buildings,the application of attached lifting protection platforms in construction is becoming more and more extensive.At present,the protection platform is mostly used in high-rise vertical buildings,and rarely used in high-rise inclined buildings.The variable-angle attached lifting protection platform achieves the purpose of tilting and climbing the frame by controlling the tilt angle of the plate support.This type of protection platform has a good application prospect in the construction of high-rise buildings with variable structural facades due to its adjustable inclination angle and flexible layout.Combined with the actual project,this paper uses the finite element software ANSYS to carry out finite element analysis on the mechanical properties of the variable-angle attachment plate bearing and obtains the mechanical properties and variation laws of the plate bearing under different inclination angles;the structural analysis software SAP2000 is used to analyze the variable-angle attachment The overall analysis of the frame body of the type lifting protection platform was carried out,and the mechanical properties and variation laws of the frame body with different tilt angles under different working conditions were obtained,and the applicable scope of platform tilt was further obtained.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)Develop segmented plate support,adjust the inclination angle of the plate support by controlling the depth of the steel wedge embedded in the fracture,and then adjust the climbing angle of the protective platform to realize the inclined climbing of the frame.(2)The finite element software ANSYS is used to carry out numerical simulation on the plate supports with inclination angles of 0°,7.11° and 10°.The results show that the most unfavorable vertical displacement value of the plate bearing with an inclination angle of 0° is0.828 mm,and the most unfavorable principal stress value is 177 MPa;the most unfavorable vertical displacement value of the 7.11° bearing is 1.017 mm,and the most unfavorable principal stress value is 211 MPa.MPa;the most unfavorable vertical displacement value of the 10° support is 1.197 mm,and the most unfavorable principal stress value is 212 MPa.In terms of distribution position: the most unfavorable displacement values at each inclination angle of the frame body are distributed in the end members of the inclined part of the support;the most unfavorable principal stress values under each inclination angle are distributed at the joints of the end members of the support and the channel steel on both sides.(3)The structural analysis software SAP2000 is used to numerically simulate the protective platform with inclination angles of 0°,7.11° and 10°.Each inclination angle is divided into normal use conditions(considering bad weather),normal use conditions(normal construction environment)and three types of lifting conditions are considered.The results show that the maximum displacement value and stress ratio of the frame at each inclination angle appear under normal use(considering severe weather)conditions.The most unfavorable displacement value of 0° frame is 3.36 mm,the most unfavorable stress ratio is 0.722;the most unfavorable displacement value of 7.11° frame is 3.92 mm,the most unfavorable stress ratio is 0.767;the most unfavorable displacement value of 10° frame is 4.2 mm,the most unfavorable stress ratio is 0.77.In terms of distribution position: the maximum displacement value of the frame body under each working condition appears at the top rod of the frame body,that is,the end of the vertical overhanging part of the frame body;the most unfavorable stress ratio under each working condition is concentrated at the root of the vertical overhanging part of the frame body and Bottom support truss.(4)Combined with engineering examples,BIM technology is used to simulate the whole process of installation,climbing and dismantling of the variable-angle attached lifting protection platform,and combined with practical applications,the construction process of the variable-angle attached lifting protection platform is analyzed and summarized.
