An underground garage is an important way of underground space development and utilization.With the continuous improvement of the complexity of construction projects in China,the difficulty of underground garage construction is also increasing.The traditional construction quality management methods cannot fully meet the needs of underground garage construction quality control.More and more construction enterprises begin to improve their business work through lean production and information technology.This thesis takes the construction quality of the underground garage as the research object.Based on combing the research status and relevant theories of BIM quality management,through the collection and analysis of the construction quality problems of underground garage,this thesis puts forward the quality control scheme,to improve the construction quality control level of an underground garage.Firstly,combined with the current situation of construction quality management of underground garage,this thesis investigates the two projects of Zhubugang New Area Development Center in Xiangtan City and Chuangye Square in Lianchi District,Baoding City,sorts out the project data such as project regular meeting minutes and quality problem report,and collects the construction quality problems of underground garage,which are divided into reinforcement quality problems,concrete quality problems,formwork quality problems,mechanical equipment problems and electromechanical installation problems;by using brainstorming method and expert interview method and fishbone diagram,the 4M1 E quality influencing factors of five types of construction quality problems are analyzed respectively,and the list of quality influencing factors is obtained;based on the list of quality influencing factors,the model index system is constructed,and the ISM is used to explain the structural model to obtain the interaction relationship of quality factors;on this basis,the ANP network analysis method is used to calculate the weight of quality factors,and the personnel,materials and method factor groups with high weight are analyzed.According to the analysis results,the requirements for construction quality control of the underground garage are put forward.Secondly,based on the demand analysis of construction quality control,based on BIM,combined with information technology and industrial engineering-related technology,the construction quality control scheme of the underground garage is constructed.The overall scheme is divided into four layers: terminal layer,business layer,support layer,and resource layer.Managers control the construction quality of underground garage through terminal equipment,and the support layer and resource layer provide technical and resource support for business work;according to the requirements of construction quality control of underground garage,the business process of construction quality control of underground garage is designed in three stages: before,during and after.IE,the internet and other technologies are used to strengthen the management of on-site construction personnel,materials,and machines,and VR,AR,and other technologies are introduced to ensure the implementation of various business work.Finally,combined with the management and control requirements of the Jimei Lanwan underground garage project,the construction quality control scheme of the underground garage is preliminarily applied and verified: BIM drawing joint review,collision detection,and deepening design in the pre-control stage,field layout,visual disclosure,personnel,materials,and equipment management in the in-process control stage,quality problem statistics and project data sorting in the post control stage.The results show that the efficiency of the on-site quality control of the Jimei Lanwan project has been improved,and the work quality control in the stages of deepening design and on-site construction has been improved to a certain extent.
