With the continuous development of social economy,China has become the country with the largest number of motor vehicles in the world.Compared with the continuous rapid growth of vehicle ownership,the construction speed of parking facilities in China lags far behind the growth rate of vehicle ownership,and the supply gap of parking space is huge.However,in some cities,the aboveground space may not be enough to build more parking lots.At this time,making full use of the underground space to build underground parking lots plays an important role in solving the problem of parking difficulties.Among them,the structural design of the underground garage is not only related to the safety of the underground garage,but also related to the rationality and economy of the design of the underground garage.Firstly,this paper summarizes the necessity of optimizing the structural design process from both foreign and domestic aspects;Secondly,the traditional K-means algorithm is analyzed,and the secondary development is carried out in the design software and the K-means algorithm is optimized to form the quadrilateral mesh algorithm of the beam;Then,the structural design analysis and checking calculation are carried out in PKPM software,and the simulated reinforcement calculation of the beam is carried out to verify the reliability and safety of the quadrilateral mesh algorithm;Then draw and optimize the drawings,and generate a plug-in for the secondary development of Revit.The plug-in can automatically flip the structural components on the drawings,and can be used as a drawing template and provided to other BIM disciplines as a basic model for modeling;Finally,taking Zhengrong Jingyuan underground garage construction project as an example,the quadrilateral grid algorithm and secondary development plug-in are applied and analyzed.This paper proposes a new structural design process of underground garage,which optimizes the mechanical repetitive operation existing in the structural design of underground garage project to a certain extent,makes up for the shortcomings of conventional design,improves the efficiency of drawing design,and plays a significant role in reducing the design cost and improving the safety production and construction.
