The storage security of food is a worldwide problem.Every year,our country spends huge amounts of manpower and resources in the food industry to ensure the safety of grain storage.But the losses caused by pests of stored grain still account for a large proportion.By placing monitoring points in the grain depots,pests can be detected in time to reduce food losses.However,the number and location of monitoring points in grain depots will change from season to season and as actual monitoring needs.Therefore,new requirements are placed on the function and the design of the pest monitoring system for stored grain.Based on the background above,this paper designed and implemented a three-dimensional reconfigurable pest monitoring system for stored grain based on virtual reality.Through the combination of virtual reality technology and information management system,users can reconstruct the collection terminal equipment according to the changes in the number and location of monitoring points in the grain warehouse.In addition,the main scenes and grain types can also be three-dimensional reconstructed according to the actual situation of the grain warehouse,which makes the entire system highly restore the actual situation of stored grain.In addition,interactive design of three-dimensional scenes has also been added,such as collision detection,multi-mode roaming,scene transition and display of the collection terminal picture.The system also completed data query,user management,early warning management and other management functions.The main work done in this article is as follows:1.Demand analysis of pest monitoring system of stored grain.The overall design of the system,the analysis of the users' needs,the design of the system function requirements and the analysis of database requirements are complete;2.Three-dimensional scene design of pest monitoring system for stored grain.According to the actual situation of the grain warehouse,we create three-dimensional models of three types of corresponding collection terminal equipment,granaries,grain types and so on.We make a reconstruct design for the entire three-dimensional scene,internal collection terminal equipment of the grain warehouse and the food model,while adding a variety of interactive methods;3.Database design of three-dimensional reconfigurable pest monitoring system of stored grain and the design and implementation of user management module,data query module,three-dimensional scene display module and early warning management module.4.The system function was tested and optimized.
