Research On The Safety Problems And Countermeasures Of Drinking Water In Rural Areas Of Dianjiang County

The safety of drinking water in rural areas is related to the lives and health of rural residents,the development of rural areas and the sustainable development of the entire rural society.With the improvement of rural mechanization,chemical fertilizers and pesticides are widely used,especially the excessive use of nitrogen fertilizers,the random disposal of residual pesticides,the non-compliant discharge of pollutants,and the random discharge of domestic sewage.These phenomena seriously threaten the safety of rural drinking water.Therefore,based on the introduction of the related concepts and theories of rural drinking water safety,this article studies the safety of rural drinking water in Dianjiang County.In the study,questionnaires for farmers and water conservancy management departments of township governments were designed,and 25 townships were sampled.A total of 10 townships were sampled.Farmer questionnaires were issued with 387 questionnaires for questionnaire surveys.The government selected 20 water conservancy management departments of township governments for investigation.Through investigation and research and in-depth analysis of rural drinking water safety issues and causes,the following conclusions were obtained:First,based on the questionnaire survey,it is found that the problems of drinking water security in rural Dianjiang County mainly focus on the safety of drinking water supply in rural areas,the safety of drinking water in rural areas,the safety of drinking water projects in rural areas,and the safety of drinking water supervision in rural areas.Second,the causes of drinking water safety problems in Dianjiang County were analyzed and specific countermeasures were put forward.(1)The main control countermeasures for the safety of drinking water supply in rural areas: to improve the quality of drinking water supply in rural areas,to increase the quantity of water supply and the guarantee rate of sustainable water supply,to attach importance to the management and maintenance of water supply and transportation equipment,and to strengthen the financial support from the government;Improve the quality of water supply equipment;(2)The main countermeasures of drinking water safety in rural areas:to improve the drinking water safety in rural areas,to do a good job in disinfection and cleaning of rural household drinking water,to strengthen the propaganda of drinking water safety knowledge in rural areas,and to standardize the production and living behavior of farmers;(3)The countermeasures of Rural Drinking Water Project Safety: improve the operation and management of rural drinking water project,strengthen the protection of water source pollution of Rural Drinking Water Project;(4)The countermeasures for Rural Drinking Water Supervision and safety:increasing the frequency of rural drinking water quality monitoring,improving the rural drinking water safety management system,and guiding the masses to participate in supervision.
