With the increase of agricultural machinery, the amount of waste lubricating oil produced in the process of maintenance also increases. And 60% ? 80% of the waste lubricating oil recycling,if use the means of processing, such as dumping of discarded or burning can cause serious pollution to the environment,at the same time, the waste lubricating oil contains many substances harmful to human health and the environment,so recycling waste lubricating oil,not only can improve the economic benefit, but also for environmental protection has the very vital significance. In this paper, the recycling technology of waste lubricating oil of agricultural machinery is studied, and a waste lubricating oil regeneration technology of membrane filtration is proposed, which is simple in operation, low in energy consumption and low in pollution. The performance indexes of lubricating oil obtained before and after regeneration are compared and analyzed,so as to improve the utilization rate of oil resources and reduce environmental pollution.Firstly, the mechanism of waste lubricating oil regeneration method was analyzed, the advantages of using microporous membrane filtration technology were clarified, and the test device was self-made,the negative pressure working environment was established, and the test design and analysis were carried out.Secondly, the agricultural diesel engine waste lubricating oil was taken as the test object. In the first stage of the test, the response surface test was designed with the mechanical impurities as the evaluation index response value. The pore size of the microporous membrane, the filtration pressure and the amount of fine sand diatomite were taken as the single factor. The optimal theoretical value is 0.49?m,0.01 mpa,13.8% diatomite and 0.0069% mechanical impurity. In the second stage of the test,in order to reduce the amount of carbon residue in the waste lubricating oil,the waste lubricating oil is firstly treated by gravity settlement, and then filtered and recycled by small heating and insulation and negative pressure devices. The influence of filtration clay dosage and filtration temperature on regeneration effect was analyzed. The physicochemical properties of waste diesel engine lubrication before and after filtration were compared, and response surface experiment design was used to take the carbon residue of engine lubricating oil as the response value. Finally, the optimal process parameters of the model were obtained as follows: potassium carbonate dosage 0.36%,temperature 72?,clay dosage2.64%.The carbon residue content of the best sample was 0.069%.Finally,the acid value, kinetic viscosity, copper corrosion contrast and pour point index of recycled lubricating oil were analyzed to be 0.042 mg KOH/g,120,GRADE B,-24? and-30?respectively through the performance comparison test of recycled lubricating oil.Compared with the new lubricating oil at the same level, each index is relatively close,in line with the national standard of base oil and the national standard of recycled base oil,to achieve the expected effect.
