At present,China is in the transition period from offline medical services to online,and a single traditional offline medical service model has been unable to meet the growing demand for high-quality medical treatment of the people.The "Opinions on Promoting Telemedicine Services of Medical Institutions" issued by the National Health and Medical Commission in August 2014 emphasized the importance of telemedicine;the "Internet Hospital Management Measures(Trial)" issued in September 2018 set the tone Encourage the development of Internet hospitals;etc.These have provided strong policy guidance for the formation of a healthy and orderly Internet medical model.However,China's Internet hospitals are still in a period of continuous exploration and construction.Policy support in different regions is inconsistent,and different entities' medical institutions and medical staff have different subjective willingness to join.Such things will affect the construction and development of Internet hospitals to varying degrees.Internet companies' choice to enter the medical industry will also be affected by factors such as technology,organization,and social environment.Therefore,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the construction process of Internet hospitals based on survival analysis,innovation diffusion theory and neural network time series prediction model,and puts forward corresponding suggestions for its subsequent development.In the context of the continuous development of China's Internet healthcare,the article uses the theory of innovation diffusion to incorporate the city type,hospital model,per capita health care expenditure,number of medical institutions,number of Internet users,and regional GDP into the research of influencing factors for the construction of Internet hospitals,and Based on this,six hypotheses are proposed,and a Cox regression model is established based on the survival analysis theory to verify and analyze the hypotheses.Specific research design: First,select the influencing factors based on the relevant literature and the characteristics of the current development of Internet hospitals,obtain specific data from the arterial network,the National Bureau of Statistics,etc.,and finally determine 231 Internet hospitals as observation objects,and describe the collected data.Analysis;Second,use Stata 13.0 to observe and predict the curve method and Schoenfeld residual error test to screen out the variables that do not meet the PH hypothesis test-city type,and perform hierarchical regression on other variables,and semi-parametric Cox for other variables Regression;Third,a comprehensive analysis of the results of the two regressions,and verification of the proposed hypotheses,it was concluded that the four variables of city type,per capita health care expenditure,number of Internet users,and regional GDP have a significant impact on the construction of Internet hospitals.Fourth,according to empirical analysis and the result of the proliferation,summarized the development of Internet hospitals and presented the contribution of research and innovation as well as limitations exist.
