With the rapid development of Internet technology and the growing demand for medical services,the Internet medical industry followed the pace of large data and cloud computing came into being,the industry not only to a certain extent,China's scarce medical resources can be effective Mitigation will also help people manage their own health.Internet health as a new product of the 21 st century,in the beginning of the promotion process and the user acceptance process is often affected by many factors.This study not only has the theoretical significance,but also has practical significance,in theory,to achieve the theory of innovation diffusion in the field of Internet medical services in the field of extension,in reality will help promote the rapid development of Internet medical.Based on the theory of innovation and diffusion,this paper takes three hospitals in Nanchang as the object of investigation to study the influencing factors of Internet medical service use intention.Based on the theory of innovation diffusion theory and TAM technology acceptance model,this paper uses the questionnaire as the data source to quantitatively analyze the influencing factors of Internet medical users' willingness to use.In this paper,SPSS software is used to analyze the basic information of the questionnaire and the medical use of the Internet.The reliability of the questionnaire is tested by the method of reliability test and validity test.The results of single factor analysis of variance were used to analyze the variance of different individuals.The results showed that only users of different ages would have significant differences in the use intention of Internet medical care,but different sex,educational level,There are no significant differences in the willingness of the users of the profession and account.The results show that the relative advantages,compatibility,perceived risk,personal factors,environmental factors and dissemination of Internet medical services are analyzed by correlation analysis and structural equation model.Channels will have an impact on the willingness to use Internet health care services,and the complexity will have an indirect effect on the willingness to use by improving the comparative advantage of Internet health,and its probability and observability will not bring about the willingness to use Internet health services influences.Therefore,in order to improve the use of Internet medical care in China,this paper for the government and the Internet medical enterprises from the following three aspects to provide relevant recommendations and countermeasures:1.To create a good social environment,broaden the channels of communication;2.Early introduction of relevant policies and regulations,weakened Users of the perception of Internet medical risk;3.Segment the market,do a good job of user needs analysis.We hope to promote the promotion of Internet medical care and increase the use rate of Internet medical care.
