OBJECTIVETo testify the effect of Gutting patch made of Chinese herbs as an adjustment therapy on treating bone metastasis cancer pain in the type of congealing yin-cold.METHODSSixty patients with bone metastasis cancer pain identified as yin-cold congealing pattern were evenly divided into experimental grouPand control grouPin random.A randomized controlled clinical trial was conducted.Sixty patients meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups:the experimental grouP(30 cases)and the control grouP(30 cases). The control grouPwas given oral Oxycontin hydro chloride on the basis of basic tumor treatment. The experimental grouPwas added with bone pain paste(Cinnamon 20g,Systematic Tablets 15g,As arum 6g,Dried Ginger 8g,Curricular 9g,Scorpion 6g,Clematis 15g,Moratorium 10g,Clove 10g).The observation period was 10 days. The NRS pain scores, physical status and pain impact scores were observed before and after treatment in each grouPof patients.During the treatment, the NRS pain scores, the number of outbreak pains, and the amount of morphine analgesics were counted each day.The differences in efficacy indexes between the experimental grouPand the control grouPin the treatment of cancerous somatic pain were compared, and the pain relief rate and the improvement of the physical status after treatment were determined.,And safety observations, evaluation of bone pain paste topical treatment of chilly staging bone metastatic cancer pain and its safety.RESULTSThis study completed a total of 60 cases,30 cases in the treatment grouPand 30 cases in the control group. Before treatment, there was no difference between the experimental grouPand the control grouPin terms of gender, age, pain NRS score,Sukarno score, and pain impact scores,P>0.05.Compared with the clinical curative effect, the effective rate was 93.3%in the treatment grouPand 56.6%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).After treatment, there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups in pain NRS scores(P<0.05).The improvement in the test grouPwas better than that in the control group. There was no statistically significant difference between the first day of opined treatment and the entire treatment period(P>0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups in the KPS score grouP(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the control grouPand the control grouP(P>0.05).The difference between the KPS scores of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before and after treatment, the two groups of pain effects within the score grouPwere improved after treatment compared with before treatment.Except for the"walking ability" of the control group, there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Differences between the two groups of pain-affecting groups were statistically significant except for "walking ability" and "normal work"(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the number of outbreaks during treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).All patients had no skin sensitization or other skin toxicity or other adverse reactions.CONCLUSIONExternal application of bone pain can relieve physical pain in patients with chilly stagnate bone metastases and improve their quality of life.Bone Pain Topical Treatment for Bone Metastasis Cancerous Somatic Pain(Cold Yin stagnation type)Satisfactory short-term results, can effectively relieve cancer pain, reduce NRS score, pain impact score, reduce the number of outbreak pain, improve quality of life, convenient and safe,no significant adverse Reaction, worthy of clinical application.
