Evaluation Of The Curative Effect Of Liu's Pediatric Massage Combined With Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Spastic Children With Cerebral Palsy

Objective:Through observation and comparison of Liu's pediatric massage combined with acupuncture and basic rehabilitation treatment and ordinary massage combined with acupuncture and basic rehabilitation treatment on the changes in the limb motor function and muscle tension of patients with spastic pediatric cerebral palsy,to explore Liu's pediatric massage and ordinary Tuina has different exercise effects on children with spastic cerebral palsy.Methods:According to the random number table,the collected children with CP were divided into treatment group(n=30)and control group(n=60).Acupuncture,bobath therapy and scalp acupuncture were the same in the two groups.Liu's pediatric massage was used in the treatment group and ordinary massage was used in the control group.Once a day,5 times a week,4 weeks as a course of treatment,a total of 3 courses.There was a 3-day rest between the two courses of treatment,with a total course of 13 weeks.The limb motor function,muscle tension,spasm degree and comprehensive function of disabled children were evaluated before and after treatment.Results:1.There was no significant difference in sex,age,comprehensive function score of disabled children,modified Ashworth scale and simplified Fugl-Meyer scale between the two groups before and after treatment,indicating that the two groups were comparable.2.Limb motor function(simplified Fugl-Meyer rating scale):the scores of Fugl-Meyer in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),indicating that both the treatment group and the control group could improve the limb motor function of children.Comparing the scores of the two groups after treatment,the score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the improvement of limb motor function of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.3.Muscle tension and spasticity(modified Ashworth spasm rating scale):the Ashworth scores of the two groups were compared,and it was found that the scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).It shows that the treatment methods of the two groups can improve the muscle tension and spasticity of children.The Ashworth scores of the two groups after treatment were compared,and there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05),indicating that the improvement of muscle tension and spasticity by the two treatments was similar.4.Comprehensive function score of children with disabilities:After treatment,the comprehensive function scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.01),indicating that the comprehensive function of the two groups was improved.Comparison between groups:after treatment,the comprehensive function scores of disabled children with CP in the treatment group increased significantly than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group improved the children's comprehensive function better than the control group.5.Total efficacy evaluation:The scores before and after treatment in the two groups were compared,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores after the two groups were compared,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results showed that both the treatment group and the control group had clinical effect,but the total effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion:Liu's infantile massage combined with acupuncture,babath therapy,scalp acupuncture and ordinary massage combined with acupuncture,bobath and scalp acupuncture all have curative effects on children with spastic cerebral palsy,but the former is obviously better than ordinary massage in improving limb motor function,comprehensive function and total clinical curative effect,which is worth popularizing and carrying forward.
