Clinical Observation Of Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Prescription Combined With Mecobalamin In The Treatment Of Peripheral Neurotoxicity Of Oxaliplatin

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Recipient combined with mecobalamin in the treatment of oxaliplatin peripheral neurotoxicity.Methods:A total of 50 patients who met the research requirements in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were randomly allocated into 2 groups,including 25 patients in the treatment group and 25 patients in the control group.The control group was treated with mecobalamin dispersive tablets for routine treatment,and the treatment group was additively treated with Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo prescript ion for targeted penetration of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the treatment of the control group for 28 days.After treatment,LEVI neurotoxicity grade,TNSC score,TCM syndrome efficacy,KPS score and safety indexes of the two groups were compared and analyzed to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of targeted penetration of Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Recipient in the treatment of peripheral neurotoxicity of oxaliplatin.Results:1.For clinical observation,50 patients were enrol led in this study,among which 1 patient in the control group fell off(refused to cooperate with treatment),and the remaining 25 patients in the treatment group and 24 patients in the control group all completed this study according to the plan.2.In terms of Levi neurotoxicity grade,the neurotoxicity grade of patients in the treatment group and the control group was improved compared with before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05);The treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.00%.The total effective rate of the control group was 66.67%.Comparing the curative effect of the two groups after treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).3.After treatment,TNSC scores in both groups were lower than before,with statistical significance(P<0.05);After treatment,TNSC score of the two groups was compared,and the score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).4.In terms of TCM syndrome scores,after treatment,TCM syndrome scores in both groups decreased compared with before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05);The TCM syndrome score in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Efficacy of TCM syndromes:the total effective rate of the treatment group was 76.00%;The total effective rate of the control group was 25.00%,and the effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).5.Compared with before treatment,KPS scores of 2 groups after treatment were higher than before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05);After treatment,the improvement of KPS score in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.In terms of safety,no significant abnormalities were observed in the three routine procedures,liver and kidney function,coagulation function and electrocardiogram,and no obvious adverse react ions were found in the two groups.Conclusion:Yiqi huoxue tongluo prescription combined with mecobalamin has a good effect on the improvement of oxaliplatin peripheral neurotoxic symptoms,and is superior to mecobalamin alone,without safety damage,can improve the quality of life of patients,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
