Objective:The purpose of the study was to observe the clinical effect of triple therapy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with ERAS on gastrointestinal function recovery after laparoscopic colorectal cancer. Methods: Sixty patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the observation group was treated with ERAS plus triple therapy of traditional Chinese medicine(ear acupoint bean-pressing,traditional Chinese medicine hot compress, moxibustion),the control group was treated with ERAS,Postoperative bowel sound recovery time, first anal exhaust time, first defecation time, and postoperative abdominal pain VAS score on the 1st,3rd and5 th day after surgery were recorded in 2 groups.Results:(1)There were no differences in gender, age, diagnosis(surgical method) between the two groups(P>0.05);(2)Postoperative bowel sound recovery time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);(3)first anal exhaust time, first defecation time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);(4)postoperative abdominal pain VAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group on the 1st,3rd and 5th day after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion: Adding triple therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in ERAS concept method can effectively shorten the bowel sound recovery time, the first anal exhaust time and the first defecation time of postoperative enteroplegia of laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery, and patients with postoperative abdominal pain can be reduced more quickly than using ERAS alone.
