Object:To observe the clinical efficiency of heat, resolving phlegm and promoting blood thecirculation and removing blood stasis method in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris,, and explore its mechanismMethod: 60 cases were selected from 2014.09 to 2015.12 in the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of traditional Chinese Medicine Department of comprehensive medical ward, selected cases are in line with the inclusion and exclusion criteria, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 30 cases in each group, two groups of patients with no significant difference. Two groups were treated with routine western medicine, on the basis of the experimental group given clearing heat and resolving phlegm and promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, on the agent, early, late two clothes. After 4 weeks, observed before and after treatment in two groups of TCM syndrome integral, TCM syndromes, angina pectoris integral, changes of ECG, nitroglycerin stop reduction rate, blood lipid, blood rheology, fibrin and other related laboratory, by comparison, analysis and evaluation of the clinical efficacy. Results: Points of TCM symptoms in experimental group improved more obviously and angina pectoris improvement is better than that of control group, the two groups have significant difference in laboratory indexes such as nitroglycerin stop reduction rate, changes of electrocardiogram(ECG), TG, and TC, the experimental group had a better curative effect than the control group,.There is no difference in the liver and kidney function and other safety indicatorsand is safe to apply. Conclusions: Compared with simple western medicine routine treatment, the experimental group in improving the clinical symptoms of patients and related laboratory indicators, and the efficacy is more significant, and the application of safety. Therefore, ithas broad prospects and advantages in the treatment of phlegm and blood stasis in patients with unstable angina.
