The Historical Evolution Of The Classic Fang Wandai Soup And Textual Research On The Herbal Medicine

Objective:Classic square compound preparations of the research and development,including literature,medicinal herbs resource evaluation and quality traceability,medicine yinpian processing specification,material basis and compound preparations,non-clinical safety research,six aspects such as the literature research is the first stop of the research and development,to the success of the classical square development plays a decisive role,therefore,must follow Gu Shou Zheng.Wandai Decoction is one of the first batch of classic prescriptions published by the state in 2018.It is widely used,has definite curative effect,and has obvious characteristics and advantages.This topic is based on the ancient and modern literature to the historical evolution of the formula and its herbals for the purpose of providing the traditional theoretical basis for the research and development of the formula.Contents:This paper is divided into three parts.The first part is a textual analysis on the origin,efficacy,ancient and modern conversion of dosage,usage and dosage form,modern clinical application,contraindication and other aspects of the whole prescription of Wandaitang based on ancient and modern literatures.The second part is the textual research of herbals,which mainly analyzes the origin and origin of Chinese medicinal materials to clarify the variety,parts and origin of the whole formula,so as to provide literature basis for the safety and effectiveness of the research and development of this formula.The third part summarizes the research results.Results: The research results show that the origin of Wandai Tang can be traced back to the Dialectics of Syndrome;Strengthening the spleen,dredging the liver,raising the sun,stopping the belt,and dehumidifying are the core contents of the efficacy of Wandai Decoction;In view of the large difference between the dose of the original prescription and the recommended dose of the pharmacopoeia,the author suggested the clinical reference dose of this prescription after literature review as follows:Atractylodes atractylodes(30g),Chinese yam(30g),ginseng(6g),paeonia paeonia(15g),plantago seed(10g),Atractylodes atractylodes(10g),licorice(3g),orange peel(3g),black mustard(3g),and bupleurum bupleurum(3g);The modern clinical application widely with soup,treatment of disease involved by gynecological diseases and to the inside and outside,wife,son,male branch disease,syndrome belong to the person that liver wet hysteresis pixu(spleen deficient)disease such as card conforms to his own use,the disease can be relegated to "leukorrhagia" "Yin Yang" of traditional Chinese medicine "diarrhea" "stranguria" "anorexia" "wet sores" "vertigo" and so on more than 10 kinds of disease;This prescription should be used with caution in pregnant women with excessive phlegm and dampness obstruction,spleen and stomach qi stagnation,Yin deficiency and less blood;The research and development of wandai decoction compound preparation can be inclined to the direction of compound granules to give full play to the clinical and market value of wandai decoction;The base of Atractylodes atractylodes is the dry rhizome of Atractylodes atractylodes,which is a composite plant.Zhejiang is the best producing area.Rhizoma atractylodis originally base compositae MAO rhizoma atractylodis or north,rhizoma atractylodis,origin is better to maoshan region.The base of yam is the dry rhizome producing area of Dioscorea zingiberaceae,and Henan is the best producing area.The dry and mature seeds of Plantago plantata were produced in Sichuan province.The base of Paeonia lactiflora is the dry root of Paeonia lactiflora(Ranunculaceae),which is located in Hangzhou,Zhejiang Province.The base of Bupleurum was the dry root of Bupleurum or Bupleurum narrow leaf,and the northwest producing area was the best.The base of Schizonepeta is the dry above-ground part of the labiaceae plant Schizonepeta,and its producing area is preferred in Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Jiangxi,Hebei,Hubei,etc.The base of Tangerine Peel is the dried and mature pericarp of Tangerine Peel,and the producing area is Guangdong.The base of ginseng is the dry root and rhizome of Panax ginseng,and Changbai Mountain is the best producing area.The base of Glycyrrhiza is the dried root and rhizome of the legumes Glycyrrhiza,and its producing area is Ningxia,Inner Mongolia and Xinjiang.
