Study On Herbal Textual Research And Distribution And Change Of Authentic Region Of Huang Qin

In the work we choose Huang Qin as the study object, for it is in common use and the typical of authentic crude drug. It is widely used in clinical,but it is mixed with local variety.The main source of its original drug is used to be wild, but the market requirement of Huang Qin is increasing, so the wild resources is depleted(has been listed as the three endangered wild plants).And the main source has become cultivars variety.Huang Qin's quality is related to variety, origin, climate, growing ages and so on.Try to discuss distribution of authentic region and factors of change of Huang Qin, and then analyze and summarize the main factors of determining its quality. Based on the predecessors studies, through sorting out and analyzing historical data, the mainstream of Materia Medica, ancient and modern gazetteers, by the methods of herbal textual research, systematic comparison of ancient and modern literature, identification and so on, discuss its medicinal variety, historical distribution of region and the changes of authentic region, and analyze its current natural distribution area. Discuss its tendency of historical evolution of authentic region from factors of climate and geography. At last screen out external characteristics of reflecting its quality.In addition, this work only from the perspective of historical literature provides the theoretical basis for its appropriate growing. Other groups through experiments provide the theoretical basis for its appropriate growing. The research results are following: 1. Textual research reveals Huang Qin exists many original plants, such as Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi, S. rehderiana Diels, S. likiangensis Diels and S. amoena G.H.Wright. And the origin plant is consistent with Chinese Pharmacopoeia of 2010,that is Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi.2. Textual research reveals Huang Qin authentic region spreads all over our country except Southern China. The results indicate Jiangsu Province, Hubei Province, Shanxi Province and Shaanxi Province are not suit for its growing, while Shandong Province, Henan Province, Hebei Province, Northeast three Provinces and Inner Mongolia are suit for its growing and deemed as authentic region. And Hebei Province is the most suitable for its growing, deemed as the most authentic region. It is consistent with traditional view.3. Research results reveal Huang Qin exists changes of distribution region, that is Jiangsu→Hubei→Shaanxi, Shanxi→Shandong, Henan→Hebei→Northeast three Provinces, Inner Mongolia.
