| Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of warm acupuncture at BL-10 acupoint on perennial allergic rhinitis of lung and spleen qi deficiency type,and to explore a new treatment method for improving the clinical effect of this disease Methods: The 60 cases were diagnosed as perennial allergic rhinitis and the type was lung-spleen qi deficiency type.The cases were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method.Before.The control group selected acupoints as LI-20,GV-29,GB-20,LI-4,ST-36,BL-13,LU-9,BL-20,SP-3and CV-9.Acupoint selection in the observation group was based on the addition of BL-17 acupoint warm acupuncture in the control group.At the end of the course of treatment,the use of three scale,include TNSS scale,TNNSS scale,RQLQ scale,and Ig E antibody detection of comparative research.To confirm the effectiveness of warm acupuncture at BL-10 for allergic rhinitis by proving the combined therapeutic effect of warm acupuncture at BL-10 combined with common acupuncture therapeutic.Results: 1?TNSS:(1)Intra-group comparison: Compared with before treatment,there were statistically significant differences in TNSS scores between the two groups after treatment and 3 months follow-up after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that both methods can improve the short-term and long-term nasal symptoms of patients with perennial allergic rhinitis of lung and spleen qi deficiency type.(2)Comparison between groups: TNSS scores of the two groups after treatment and follow-up 3 months later decreased more significantly than that of the observation group(P<0.05),indicating that warm acupuncture at BL-10 point combined with conventional acupuncture is superior to conventional acupuncture alone in improving the nose symptoms of perennial allergic rhinitis with lung and spleen qi deficiency in terms of short-term and long-term efficacy2?TNNSS:(1)Intra-group comparison: Compared with before treatment,there were statistically significant differences in TNNSS scores between the two groups after treatment and 3 months after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that both methods can improve the short-term and long-term nasal associated symptoms of patients with perennial allergic rhinitis of lung and spleen qi deficiency type(2)Intergroup comparison: TNNSS scores after treatment and 3 months after follow-up were compared between the two groups.The results showed that the decrease was more significant in the observation group after treatment(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference between the two groups after 3 months of follow-up(P 0.05),indicating that warm acupuncture at BL-10 acupoint combined with conventional acupuncture was superior to conventional acupuncture alone in improving the nasal associated symptoms of patients with lung and spleen qi deficiency type allergic rhinitis in the short-term efficacy,and there was no significant difference in the long-term efficacy.3?RQLQ:(1)Comparison within the observation group: Compared with before treatment,scores in the RQLQ scoring scale in the observation group were significantly decreased after treatment and 3 months follow-up(P<0.05),indicating that warm acupuncture at BL-10 acupoint combined with routine acupuncture can improve the short-term and long-term quality of life of perennial allergic rhinitis with lung and spleen qi deficiency type(2)Comparison within the control group: compared with before treatment,the daily activity score in the RQLQ score scale in the control group was significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.05),while the nasal symptom score in the RQLQ score scale during follow-up 3 months later was not significantly decreased(P>0.05).4?Serum specific Ig E antibody detection:(1)Compared with before treatment,serum specific Ig E antibody detection results were significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that both therapies were effective.(2)Comparison between groups: Comparison of serum specific Ig E antibody test results between the two groups after treatment showed a more significant decrease in the observation group(P<0.05),indicating that warm acupuncture combined with conventional acupuncture is better than conventional acupuncture alone in improving perennial allergic rhinitis of lung and spleen qi deficiency type.5?Comparison of efficiency between the two groups:(1)Intra-group comparison:Compared with before treatment,serum specific Ig E antibody detection results of the two groups were significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.05).(2)Comparison between groups: The serum specific Ig E antibody test results of the observation group decreased more significantly after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that Tianzhu Wen acupuncture combined with conventional acupuncture in improving perennial allergic rhinitis of lung and spleen qi deficiency type was significantly better than conventional acupuncture alone in reducing serum specific Ig E antibody.Conclusion: 1?Both conventional acupuncture and BL-17 acupuncture combine d with conventional acupuncture were effective in the treatment of perennial all ergic rhinitis of lung and spleen qi deficiency type.2?In terms of improving the nasal symptoms associated with symptoms and the number of serum specific Ig E antibody in patients with perennial allergic rhinitis of lung and spleen qi deficiency type,warm acupuncture and BL-17 point combined with routine acupuncture were superior to conventional acupuncture alone.3?The short-term and long-term curative effect of warm acupuncture combined with BL-17 point combined with conventional acupuncture in the treatment of perennial allergic rhinitis of lung and spleen qi deficiency type is better than that of conventional acupuncture. |
