Clinical Observation Of Canggui Acupoint Exploration Manipulation In The Treatment Of Constipation In Convalescent Patients With Cerebral Infarction

Objective:Observe the effects of the Canggui probe acupuncture method on the main symptoms,stool characteristics and quality of life of patients witn constipaption during the period of cerebral infarction,and discuss its theory and clinical efficacy,and provide objective evidence for clinical application.Methods:A total of 40 patients with constipation during recovery from cerebral infarction who met the inclusion criteria were collected as subjects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with20 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with basic therapy plus the method of exploring acupoints,while the control group was treated with basic therapy plus the method of replenishing,replenishing,and reducing.Both groups took 6 days as 1 course of treatment and 2courses of treatment.Before and after treatment,the two groups of patients were scored for the main symptoms of constipation,Bristol stool traits,quality of life scale scores and total efficiency comparison.Result:1.After treatment,the scores of the main symptoms of constipation in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.After treatment,the stool characteristics of the two groups of patients were significantly improved compared to before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);the observation group improved more significantly than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.After treatment,the quality of life of the two groups of patients was significantly improved compared to before,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);the observation group improved more significantly than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 95%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 80%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Canggui probe acupuncture method can significantly reduce the main symptom scores of constipation in patients with cerebral infarction in the recovery period,improve stool characteristics,and improve the quality of life of constipation patients.Preliminary discussion suggests that its better clinical efficacy may be related to its characteristics of promoting qi and replenishing deficiency.
