Parkinson’s disease (PD) is one of the nervous system degenerative diseaseof slow with the middle-aged and old. With theprogress of population aging in our country, the incidence of PD is risingmorbidity number increases year by year, at present our country ha s more than2million patients with PD. For a long time, people only pay attention to themovement of PD patients symptoms, but the recently study found that the impacton quality of life of the non-motor symptoms(NMS) even more than motorsymptoms. The constipation is the most type of autonomic dysfunction in patientswith PD, Domestic investigation showed that the incidence of Parkinson’s patientsconstipation is as high as88%. In recent years, the study found that the bowelmovement is less than once a day and the probability of people suffering fromParkinson’s disease is2.7times more likely to bowel movements more than1timesa day,and constipation is regarded as the important risk factor for Parkinson’sdisease. So the Parkinson’s disease diagnosis and treatment of constipation is veryimportant.There are varied clinical treatments for PD patients with constipation,but onlyon symptomatic treatment, therefore,It is necessary to find a simple and effectiveand practical method of treatment for improveing the quality of life of the patientswith constipation in Parkinson’s disease.The study was divided into three parts. First, through a lot of literatureresearch, summed up the various pathogenesis and treatm-ent methods in order toprovide perspectives for further treatment of Parkinson’s disease. Secondly, thequality of life of Parkinson’s disease patients with constipation was evaluated bythe PAC-QOL Chinese version. and analysing some possible influencing factors,inorder to improve the quality of life of Parkinson’s disease patients with constipa- tion for the optimal strategy. Part two Investigation on the health quality of life of constipationin Parkinson’s diseaseObjective: The purposes of this study to evaluate the quality of PD withconstipation life through PAC-QOL. Methods:58PD with constipation patients inParkinson’s disease from the suzhou traditional Chinese medicine hospital wererecruited into this study，a questionnaire survey was conducted for all the groups,constipation in patients with Parkinson’s disease for course, including Hohn-Yarstages、application of drugs and dosage. Results: the course and H-Y stages of PDpatients with constipation have affected with PAC-QOL each dimension score(P<0.05). physical dimensions (p<0.05）.Conclusion: the score in each PAC-QOLdimension was positively related with the course, the longer the course o f the disease,the more affected for the patient’s quality of life, H-Y stages of PD patientswith constipation have affected of with PAC-QOL each dimension score (P<0.05).Women are more appropriate physical discomfort. Part there clinical research of Hemp kernels oil soft capsule onconstipation in Parkinson’s diseaseObjective: to observe clinical curative effect of Hemp kernels oil soft capsule on theconstipation in Parkinson’s disease. Methods: The project is a prospective study,fiftypatients with constipation in Parkinson’s disease by suzhou traditional Chinese medicinehospital were divided into treatment group (25cases) and control group (25cases) throughsingle-blind randomly. On the basis of routine therapy treatment group: treatment groupwere given kernel oil soft capsule. Control group were given polyethylene glycol4000, Allpatients were treated and followed up for one month.Results. It was evaluated thesymptoms before and after treatment and the scale of quality of life. Results:1monthlater,integral average scores two groups were significantly lowerbefore the treatment, twogroups of patients with integral comparison difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),defecate difficulty、degree of waste hard and soft was statistically significant forthe two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05). compared before and after treatment,thedimension scores of PAC-QOL has a statistically significant difference. Conclusion: Hempkernels oil soft capsule has obvious clinical curative effect of constipation in Parkinson’sdisease,also found that patients with anxiety, depression, quality of life improved signifi-cantly. Overall Conclusions1. Review literature, the pathogenesis of constipation in Parkinson’s disease due to ganfen- g, xuening, tanning, ganshenqixuebuzu, brain God is disturbed, and the cost of disease,While cannabis is one of the treatment of constipation in Parkinson’s disease.2. The PAC-QOL can examine the patient’s physical, psychological and satisfaction,inorder to improve the quality of life of constipation in PD patients, PAC-QOL is a veryimportant tool in treatment decision making.3. Hemp kernels can promote peristalsis of the intestinal mucosa and antioxidant effect,can effectively improve the symptoms of constipation in PD patients, also can improveanxiety, depression, dementia and other symptoms, quality of life improved significantly.
