Abstract/Summary:
Objective: To explore the relationship between age, history of hypertension, serum blood cells, cardiac function, renal function, liver function, coagulation function, blood lipid and other related indexes and hypertensive cerebrovascular disease.Summing up the clinical and practical prevention and cure strategies of traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods: The patients with hypertension were recruited and collected clinically, including 35 patients in the control group without cerebrovascular disease and 161 patients in the cerebrovascular disease group.General medical history, blood cell and biochemical data were collected.SPSS 26.0 statistical software package was used to process the data.Hypertensive cerebellar vascular disease or not was taken as the dependent variable, and statistically significant variables in univariate analysis were taken as independent variables for binary Logistic regression analysis.Resulted: There were significant differences in age, history of hypertension,TC,LDL,BUN,Cr,UA,e GFR,Hcy,FIB,TT levels between hypertensive cerebrovascular disease group and hypertensive control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the hypertensive cerebrovascular disease group had older age, longer history of hypertension, higher levels of TC,LDL,BUN,Cr,UA,Hcy,FIB,and narrower range of TT.Age,history of hypertension,CR,UA and e GFR were independent risk factors for hypertensive cerebrovascular disease(P<0.05).Conclusion: Age,history of hypertension,TC,LDL,BUN,Cr,UA,e GFR,Hcy,FIB,TT are related to hypertensive cerebrovascular disease.Old age, long history of hypertension, high levels of TC,LDL,BUN,Cr,UA,Hcy,FIB,decreased renal function, and too long or too short TT were the risk factors of hypertensive cerebrovascular disease.Age,history of hypertension,CR,UA and e GFR were independent risk factors for hypertensive cerebrovascular disease.
