Clinical Research Of The Therapeutic Effect Of The Method For Supplementing Qi And Activating Blood Circulation Method On Post-infarction Angina

Objective: Observation the clinical therapeutic effect on treating angina which is ofQixuxueyu type of syndrome to explore it’s mechanism. Methods:60patients with anginaof Qixuxueyu type of syndrome are randomly selected and divided into two groups,30patients in treatment group and30patients in control group.One group was treated withYiqihuoxue,general western medicine and basic treatment,the other one with generalwestern medicine and basic treatment. Then observe the therapeutic effect via treatment ofclinical symptoms,the ST-T changes of ECG, laboratory examination and analyzedstatistically after12weeks. Results:1. Two pairs of CHD to alleviate symptoms and ECGwere significantly improved efficacy, the efficacy of the treatment group is superior to thecontrol group2.Chinese medicine in improving symptoms, treatment group wassignificantly better than the control group.3.After treatment, total cholesterol and LDLlipids, C-reactive protein (CRP)、Hemorheology levels decreased in the treatment groupdecreased more significantly.Conclusions: The method for Yiqihuoxue is the clinicaltreatment of Qixuxueyu type of post-infarction angina as a safe and effective Chinesemedicine way。Because of the small toxicity and overall treatment,the Chinese medicinehas broad prospects and advantage which can not be replaced by the other medicine ontreating angina pectoris.
