Objective:Drug addiction has become a global public safety and health problem,and various treatment methods have obvious limitations.Exercise intervention for drug rehabilitation has gradually become the focus of research due to its low cost,convenience,safety,and effectiveness.At present,a large number of studies have confirmed that exercise training can promote the physical and mental health of drug addicts,but the intervention effects of different training modes on addicts are still unclear.This study is based on the drug addiction loop,and aims to explore the rehabilitation effects of high-intensity interval training and moderate-intensity aerobic training on drug addiction.Methods:Taking the detoxification personnel in the compulsory isolation detoxification center of Lanzhou City as the experimental subjects,60 eligible heroin withdrawal subjects were selected and randomly divided into a medium-intensity continuous training group(n=15),a high-intensity interval training group(n=15),and NuCalm Control group(n=15),quiet control group(n=15)(hereinafter referred to as medium-strength group,high-strength group,NuCalm group,and control group).Among them,the mid-strength group received 4-weeks of moderate-intensity continuous training,the high-strength group received 4-weeks of high-intensity interval training,and the NuCalm group received 4-weeks of NuCalm professional relaxation therapy.(Comparative difference between the control),the control group did not arrange any intervention tasks,and only maintained the routine abstinence content.The scale test was used to evaluate the four major loop functions of brain addiction before intervention,2 weeks of intervention,and 4 weeks of intervention.The result is that all the data are in accordance with the normal distribution;the 4×3 repeated measures analysis of variance method is used to compare the differences of the brain addiction circuit function between each group and each time point.Results:(1)In terms of reward loop function,there was no statistical difference in the pre-test drug cravings of each group;compared with the control group and the NuCalm group,the drug cravings of the middle-strength group and the high-strength group were significantly lower in the middle and post-tests(P <0.05);there was no statistical difference in cravings between the medium-strong group and the high-strength group(P>0.05).The pre-test physical activity pleasure of each group is not statistically different;compared with the control group and the NuCalm group,the physical activity pleasure of the medium-strong group and the high-strength group was significantly improved in the middle and post-test(P<0.05);There is no statistical difference between the strong group and the high-strength group(P>0.05).(2)In terms of memory loop function,the pre-test addiction memory of each group is not statistically different;compared with the control group,the addictive memory of the middle-strength group and the high-strength group was significantly lower in the middle test(P<0.05),The addiction memory of the strong group,the high strength group and the NuCalm group was significantly reduced in the post-test.(P<0.05);there was no statistical difference between the strong group,the high strength group and the NuCalm group(P>0.05).(3)In terms of control loop function,the pre-test self-control of each group is not statistically different;compared with the control group,the self-control of the middle-strength group,the high-strength group and the NuCalm group were significantly improved in the middle and post-tests(P<0.05));There is no statistical difference between the medium-strong group,the high-strength group and the NuCalm group(P>0.05).There was no statistical difference in the impulsivity of the pre-tested groups;compared with the control group and the NuCalm group,the impulsivity of the medium-strong group and the high-strength group was significantly lower in the middle and post-tests(P<0.05).There is no statistical difference between the medium-strength group and the high-strength group(P>0.05).(4)In terms of motivation loop function,there is no statistical difference between the four groups of pre-tested drug withdrawal motivation;compared with the control group,the middle-strength group and the high-strength group have significantly higher motivation for drug withdrawal in the mid-term test(P<0.05).The motivation for detoxification in the strong group,the high-strength group and the NuCalm group was significantly improved in the post-test(P<0.05);there was no statistical difference between the medium-strength group,the high-strength group,and the NuCalm group(P>0.05).Conclusions:(1)Medium-intensity continuous training and high-intensity interval training for 4 weeks,3 times a week,can improve the brain reward,memory,control and motivation loops of heroin addicts.(2)The results of the experiment found that,compared with medium-intensity continuous training and NuCalm treatment,the intervention efficiency of high-intensity interval training is better.
