| With the aggravation of the aging process and the increase of cardiovascular morbidity annually,chronic heart failure is the final stage,its mortality rate is increasing year by year.In recent years,several studies have found that psycho-psychological factors have become one of the important factors inducing the aggravation of chronic heart failure.Patients with chronic heart failure combined with anxiety,depression and other psychological problems are referred to ’Psycho-cardiology Patients’.In the process of diagnosis and treatment,western medicine has combined the treatment of cardiovascular diseases with the drug of mental disorder and has reported adverse reactions.For this group,traditional Chinese medicine has shown its unique advantages in treatment.The theory of TCM holds that the liver is closely related to the heart,which is reflected in the two aspects of structure and physiological function.Liver has the function of controlling conveyance and dispersion,regulating emotions.It has been proved that chronic heart failure(CHF)combined with anxiety and depression can improve cardiac function effectively.This research is based on the theory of‘Psycho-cardiology’ combined the liver unique function,to study the theoretical basis of the treatment of CHF from live.Using data mining platform,to analyze the regularity of effective prescriptions and medication which are included in the Chinese database treating CHF from liver and Professor Zhang Jingchun used for treating CHF respectively.Further to summarize the rules of prescription medication that Professor Zhang Jingchun’s treatment of CHF from liver,in order to provide a reference for clinical treatment.1.Literature ReviewsReview:Treating chronic heart failure from liverThis part briefly elucidate the understanding of modern medicine and traditional Chinese medicine of CHF,the theoretical basis of treating CHF from liver and the study on the treatment of CHF.2.Data mining research:Objective:Analyzing the regularity of effective prescriptions and medication which are included in the Chinese database treating CHF from the liver and Professor Zhang Jingchun used for treating CHF respectively,further exploring the relationship between them.Further to verify Professor Zhang Jingchun’s treatment of CHF is from the liver,summarize the rules of prescription medication,in order to provide a reference for clinical treatment of CHF.Methods:To retrieve the effective prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine for treating CHF in CNKI,CBM,VIP,WanFang Data from building to November 30,2017,choosing the part that treating CHF from liver.Collecting the effective prescription which Professor Zhang Jingchun treats CHF in the patients.Input them to TCMISS,building database and using data mining method to exploit its prescription laws.Results:Research 1:1.A total of 478 effective prescriptions for the treatment of CHF were retrieved,including 70 prescriptions for CHF from the liver,nearly about 15%of the total,and 138 Chinese medicines involved.2.In the prescription of CHF treated by liver,the traditional Chinese medicine in the top 10 is Huang Qi,Fu Ling,Dan Shen,Dang Gui,Pepperweed Seed,Gui Zhi,Ren Shen,Spina Date Seed.3.There were 28 common used drugs for CHF from liver treatment,including Dan Shen and Huang Qi,Huang Qi and Fu Ling,Huang Qi and Dang Gui,and so on.4.Based on the complex system entropy clustering algorithm,22 core combinations are obtained,and 11 new prescriptions are included.Research 2:1.Sorted out 97 pieces of effective prescriptions,which involves 162 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine.2.In the effective prescription of the treatment of CHF,Professor Zhang Jingchun commonly used traditional Chinese medicine is Huang Qi,Dang Shen,Bai Shao,Gui Zhi,Gan Cao,Mai Dong,Dan Shen,Quan Xie,Yan Husuo,Fu Ling,etc.3.Professor Zhang Jinchun used the common medicine for chronic heart failure,which is the Dang Shen and Huang Qi,Huang Qi and Bai Shao,Huang Qi and Gui Zhi,etc.4.Based on the complex system entropy clustering algorithm,22 core combinations are obtained,and 11 new prescriptions are included.Conclusion:Research 1:The treatment of CHF from liver is not widely used in clinical treatment.In the modern literature,the prescription of treating CHF from liver treatment is mainly based on the basic principles of traditional Chinese medicine and Xiaoyaosan addition and subtraction,Suanzaoren decoction.Research 2:Treating CHF from liver is the characteristic therapy of Professor Zhang Jingchun.,as her peculiar drugs for the treatment of CHF is Bai Shao,Quan Xie,Yan Husuo,Spina Date Seed,etc.Her peculiar formula is Suanzaoren decoction,Sinisan decoction,Xiaoyaosan addition and subtraction.To improve the therapeutic effect Quan Xie is used commonly. |
