Based On The Literature Research, The Regularity Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Diabetic Lower Extremity Arteriosclerosis Obliterans Is Explored And Analyzed

Purpose:The purpose of this study is to retrieve the literature on the application of traditional Chinese medicine compound in the effective treatment of diabetic lower limb arterial occlusion published on CNKI and Wanfang and other Chinese literature databases from January 1,2011 to December 31,2020,sorting out and summarizing the monocious drugs used in Chinese medicine compound involved in the literature that meet the screening conditions,using statistical software to make statistical analysis,summarizing the core drug use and drug use laws for the treatment of the disease,and providing a reference basis for the choice of treatment in future clinical work,the application of drugs,and the thinking and direction of scientific research.Material and method:Use multiple keywords related to the subject content of this paper to retrieve them repeatedly in the Chinese literature database,download documents that meet the standards,and use Microsoft Excel 2016 software to establish the original database.Take single traditional Chinese medicine as the variable,use statistical formulas to calculate the frequency and frequency of drug occurrence to analyze the high-frequency Chinese medicine used to treat diabetic lower extremity arteriosclerosis and occlusion,and make statistical analysis of the drug types,drug properties,drug taste,drug meridian,etc.,and then according to the frequency of each single-odor drugs.The frequency and frequency are sorted from high to low,and the single flavor drug ranked in the top 20 will be entered into SPSS26.0 statistical software for cluster analysis,the results will be studied and analyzed,and its compatibility law and significance will be discussed.Results:1.This study finally selected 141 qualified literatures based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria,involving a total of 132 monotaste Chinese medicine and 1,373 times the total frequency of drug use.2.Monophatic drugs with frequency ≥17 were used in the compound of the 141 selected literature,with a total frequency of 20 flavors,923 times,and a frequency of use of about67.23%,which is listed as a high-frequency drug used by modern doctors for the treatment of diabetic lower extremity arteriosclerosis occlusion;monocense drugs with frequency ≥7 uses a total of 44 flavors,with a frequency of 1,163 times and a frequency of use of about 84.71%,which is listed as a common Chinese medicine used by modern doctors for the treatment of diabetic lower extremotic occlusion.3.The statistical analysis of the drug category,drug efficacy,drug taste and drug meridian of132 flavor Chinese medicine was concluded:The frequency of inactivating blood circulation and removing blood stasis drugs has reached a maximum of 430 times,with a frequency of about 31.32%,followed by deficiency drugs,anti-heating drugs,plain liver and antibalance drugs.The maximum number of single-florious drugs is 25 flavors,accounting for about18.94% of the total drugs.Animal medicine has a total of 12 flavors,accounting for about9.09% of the total number of drugs;warm drugs have the highest frequency of use,with a frequency of about 42.83%;sweet medicines are the highest frequency of use,with a total of728 times,and the frequency of use is about 53.02%;Chinese medicines entering the liver meridian have the highest frequency and the number of single medicines,with a total frequency of use,with a total frequency of about 65.26%,with a total of 78 flavor medicines,accounting for about 59.09% of the total drug.4.The screening of the first 20 flavors for diabetic lower extremity arteriosclerosis and occlusion were entered into SPSS 26.0 software for cluster analysis,and three groups of clustering prescriptions for treating the disease and eight groups were obtained.Conclusion:1.Through statistical analysis of the compound used in the literatures retrieved for the treatment of diabetic lower extremity arteriosclerosis and occlusion,it is found that the high-frequency drugs commonly used by modern doctors in the treatment of this disease include astragalus,Angelica,Chuanxiong,Dilong,leech and other 20 flavor traditional Chinese medicines.2.Throughout the overall drug use trend of most doctors is mainly to invigorate blood circulation and remove blood stasis drugs,deficiency drugs,animal drugs,temperate drugs,sweet drugs and drugs imported into the liver meridians.3.Through the study of medical doctors on the types and pathogenesis of diabetic lower extremity arteriosclerosis and occlusion in the 141 collected literatures,it was found that most doctors have roughly the same views on the treatment of this disease,based on qi,blood,yin,yang deficiency,and blood stasis and veins.This view is the statistical basis.The classification,drug efficacy,taste and meridian of high-frequency drugs used are perfectly consistent.4.The analysis and study of three groups of clustering prescriptions and eight groups of clustering drugs derived from SPSS 26.0 software clustering analysis found that their drug compatibility and grouping principles conform to the treatment principles of this disease.
