| Purpose:Based on the ancient literature of traditional Chinese medicine,the prescriptions for the treatment of coronary heart disease were collected,the prescriptions and medication were classified and summarized,the use of prescriptions and prescription rules were summarized,and the effective drugs and prescriptions in clinical practice were summarized to provide reference for modern clinical medication.Material and method:With "obstruction of qi in the chest","chest pain" and "heart pain" as the search terms,through the search of Chinese medicine Dianhai and Chinese medicine think tank database,the collection of ancient Chinese medicine literature used for the treatment of coronary heart disease prescription,prescription and medication classification and summary.By analyzing the frequency,frequency of drug used,prescriptions and drugs,sexual flavour,efficacy of frequency,frequency,drugs for clustering analysis,and using the method of data mining association rules on drugs,summed up the classical literature of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease in the clinical usage and the regularity of characteristics,summed up the effective drug compatibility and prescription in clinical practice.Results:1.Prescription distribution: After searching "heartache","chest bi" and "chest bi xin" in Chinese medicine think tank and Chinese medicine Dianhai,1450 prescriptions for the treatment of coronary heart disease were initially retrieved.Through secondary screening,763 repeated prescriptions with the same composition,6 prescriptions with no composition record,3 prescriptions with incomplete composition record,1 prescription with incomplete main treatment record and 677 prescriptions were removed.In the third screening,through the analysis of the composition of the prescriptions and the description of the main symptoms in the original book,a total of 223 prescriptions for chest pain or heartache in the main treatment but actually for other diseases causing heartache were removed,5 prescriptions for non-internal use were removed,and 8 prescriptions for all the components of the prescriptions were no longer used,leaving 441 prescriptions remaining.The 441 prescriptions are from 48 ancient books distributed in the 8 dynasties of Han,Jin,Liang,Tang,Song,Yuan,Ming and Qing,among which the Song Dynasty was the most widely distributed prescription.In the Han Dynasty,there were 1 book with 10 heads.In the period of Wei,Jin and Southern and Northern Dynasties,there were 3 books with 32 heads.In the Tang Dynasty,there were 4 books with 41 heads.In the Song Dynasty,there were 9 books with 228 heads.In the Yuan Dynasty,there were 3 books with 11 heads.In the Ming Dynasty,there were 14 books and 86 Fang books.In the Qing Dynasty,there were 14 books with 33 heads.2.Frequency of drugs: 240 drugs appeared in 441 prescriptions with a total frequency of2444.The use frequency of 10 or more high-frequency medicines from high to low arrangement: cinnamon,liquorice,angelica sinensis,rhizoma zingiberis,radix aucklandiae,dried tangerine or orange peel,evodia rutaecarpa,ginseng,herbs,betel nuts,poria cocos,atractylodes,peony,pinellia,radix platycodi,bitter orange,galangal,magnolia bark,ginger,green husk,radix aconiti,acid-insoluble ash,cloves,peppercorns,asarum,croton and rhizoma chuanxiong,fructus,myrobalan,musk,rhizoma zedoariae,pepper,hu before,sweet,yanhusuo,peach kernel,rhizoma coptidis,gardenia,aloes,amomum villosum,rhubarb,five faeces,nutmeg,divine comedy,radix bupleuri,scallions,white grass,cinnabar,rhizoma atractylodis,radix scutellariae,bitter almond,radix rehmanniae,stone calamus,horn.3.Distribution of drug flavor: After removing 18 drugs not included in Chinese Pharmacopoeia and Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the four qi of 222 Chinese herbs were classified as warm,hot,cold,calm and cool according to the frequency of use.4.Distribution of drug channelization: the channelization of the 222 herbs were arranged from high to low according to the frequency of use,respectively,the channelization of the spleen,stomach,lung,heart,liver,kidney,large intestine,gallbladder,three Jiao,bladder,pericardium and small intestine.5.Distribution of drug efficacy: The efficacy of these 222 traditional Chinese medicines was summarized and sorted from high to low in terms of the efficacy of medicines used more than100 times,namely,warm li-warming drugs,deficiency tonifying drugs,qi regulating drugs,phlegm-reducing,cough relieving and antiasthmatic drugs,drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,heat-clearing drugs and antipyretic drugs.6.Distribution of drug efficacy: The efficacy of the 222 traditional Chinese medicines was summarized,and the drugs with frequency ≥10 times were arranged from high to low as heat-clearing drugs,defect-tonifying drugs,phlegm-reducing,cough-relieving and antiasthmatic drugs,drugs to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis,drugs to warm the Li region,drugs to relieve the surface,drugs to regulate qi,drugs to improve water and moisten moisture,and drugs to stop bleeding.7.Drug cluster analysis: A total of 8 cluster groups were obtained,by cluster analysis of 52 traditional Chinese medicines applied frequency ≥10 times for high-frequency drugs.Drug association rules: when the minimum support is set to 10% and the minimum confidence is set to 50%,a total of 17 association rules are obtained.From the results,Angelica → Cinnamon,Atractylodes atractylodes → Cinnamon,Peony → Angelica,Platycodon platycodon → Cinnamon,Abetel nut → Cinnamon are common combinations.Conclusion:1.Prescriptions for the treatment of coronary heart disease were first recorded in Synopsis of the Golden Chamber by Zhang Zhongjing.Since the Tang and Song Dynasties,prescriptions for the treatment of coronary heart disease began to increase,reaching the peak in the Song Dynasty.2.Ancient doctors in the treatment of coronary heart disease when the use of medicine with the nature of Wenli disperse cold,and at the same time,they also pay attention to care for the spleen and stomach,this may be because the ancient cold evil is the main cause of coronary heart disease,in addition to the inclusion of prescription for some of the treatment of hearache and stomachache confused.3.Warmening Li and dispersing cold,promoting Qi and relieving pain,invigorating spleen and resolving phlegm,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,clearing heat and removing fire were the main treatments for coronary heart disease by ancient doctors. |
