Clinical Study Of Treating Angina Pectoris In Coronary Heart Disease (Chest Obstruetion-phlegm Closed Chest Yang Card) By Eliminating Phlegm And Widening Chest Method

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of treating angina pectoris in coronary heart disease (chest obstruetion-phlegm closed chest yang card) by eliminating phlegm to wide chest method.Methods:Collect72patients who meet the diagnostic criteria in patients with angina pectoris in coronary heart disease and belong to obstruction, of phlegm chest Yang syndrome-shut from the Cheng Du University of TCM affiliated hospital’s cardiological out-patient and in-patient departments. Which36cases were randomly selected into the treatment group; the remaining36cases were randomly selected into the control group. There were72patients in each group without significant difference in Sex、Age、basic diseases and the time of the disease between two groups (P>0.05). Control group of conventional western medicine, the treatment group on the basis of western medicine and XuanBiHuaTan-tang and has the effect on Eliminating phlegm and widening chest effect. Observe the cure effect and grade4weeks later. Using statistical software SPSS17.0statistical analysis, P<0.05shows that it has.Results:1.In the improve of angina pectoris,the effective rate for treatment group is88.89%and control group is66.67%, the effect of treatment group is better than control group.2. Ttreatment group has much advantage in cruative effect of nitroglycerin reducing rate, blood fat reducing and electrocardiogram.3. The two groups TCM symptoms total curative effect, single symptoms curative effect of TCM, TCM symptoms total integral comparison has statistical significance after cure(P<0.05).4. Patient of both groups have not been found anything abnormal in three big conventions,liver and renal function before and after drug. Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine compound, consisting of flavored GuaLouXieBaiBanXia-tang, has eliminating phlegm and widening chest function. Its clinical use is safe and effective. What is more, it also has good effect on angina pectoris in coronary heart disease (chest obstruction-phlegm closed chest Yang card).
