Retrospective Analysis Of Yixiao Ointment Combined With Zhidansan In The Treatment Of Thrombosed External Hemorrhoids

Objective:Through retrospective observation,the clinical efficacy of the treatment of thrombosis with conservative therapy in outpatient clinics in the last 3 years was s ummarized and analyzed.Materials and Methods:From September 2018 to December 2020,63 patients in the anorectal department of affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese Medicine were reviewed,and they were divided into one effect ointment group and anorectal ointment group according to the standard.One effect ointment group was used to change medicine combined with hemorrhoids powder fumigation,twice a day;anal Tai ointment group was used to change medicine combined with hemorrhoids powder fumigation,twice a day.Both groups were treated continuously for 7 days(a course of treatment).The scores of pain degree,swelling degree,foreign body sensation,local skin color and the total curative effect after 7 days were analyzed.Apply SPSS22.0 software to establish database and carry out statistical analysis.Results:1.Before treatment,basic data of patients in one-effect ointment group and anal-tai ointment group has no significant which can be compared(P>0.05);after two treatments,63 patients showed significant decrease in pain,swelling of thrombus,foreign body sensation and skin color score(P<0.05);the curative effect of the treatment group on anal conscious pain was improved more significantly(P<0.05)..2.After both the first effect ointment group and the anal Tai ointment group adopted the traditional Chinese medicine conservative treatment plan,The total effective rate was 90.63% in the one-effect group and 83.87% in the anal Tai ointment group.It can be seen that the clinical effect of one effect ointment group is better than that of anal Tai ointment groupConclusion:One-effect paste change combination with hemorrhoid loose smoking treatment thrombosis,in reducing the degree of pain,swelling,foreign body feeling,improve local skin color and overall efficacy,than cream change combined with hemorrhoid smothering treatment effect is more prominent,can be used in clinical promotion.
