Based On Literature Research To Explore The Medication Rules Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Blood Stasis Type Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

Purpose: To study and summarize the effective related literature of traditional Chinese medicine and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of blood stasis type diabetic peripheral neuropathy in Chinese databases such as CNKI and VIP in recent ten years,and to sort out and analyze the traditional Chinese medicine in the literature by using Excel and spss25.0 software,so as to summarize the treatment of blood stasis type diabetic peripheral neuropathy in recent ten years Objective to provide reference for clinical treatment of blood stasis type diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Materials and methods: from January 1,2011 to January 1,2021,the literatures about the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of blood stasis type diabetic peripheral neuropathy were collected from CNKI,VIP and other databases.Firstly,Microsoft Excel was used to establish the database,with single traditional Chinese medicine as the variable,the value of traditional Chinese medicine that appeared in the compound was1,and the value of traditional Chinese medicine that did not appear was 0.The frequency and frequency statistics of all syndromes,drugs,drugs,properties,taste and meridian tropism in each compound were carried out.The cluster analysis was carried out for 35 drugs whose frequency of traditional Chinese medicine was more than 15 and whose frequency(frequency of drug use accounted for more than 8% of the total frequency)was more than 8% to explore the compatibility law and meaning of cluster drugs.result:1.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria of literatures,181 literatures were selected,involving 15 types of syndromes,with a total frequency of 184 times,164 traditional Chinese medicines and 2188 drugs.2.There are 6 kinds of syndrome types with frequency more than 8 times,which are Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,Qi and yin deficiency and blood stasis syndr ome,cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome,yin deficiency and blood stasis synd rome,Yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,and blood stasis obstructing collater als syndrome.Among 164 kinds of drugs,32 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine were used more than or equal to 18 times,with a cumulative frequency of 1626 times,accounting for 74.31% of the total frequency of drug use.14 drugs were used more than 40 times,the cumulative frequency was 1172 times,accounting for 53.56% of the total frequency of drug use.They were high-frequency drugs for the treatment of blood stasis type DPN.3.Among 164 kinds of drugs in this study,tonifying deficiency drugs accounted for the largest proportion,accounting for 30.94%,with 677 times of use and 26.92% of Huoxue Huayu drugs,accounting for 589 times;among 32 kinds of commonly used drugs,tonifying deficiency drugs and Huoxue Huayu drugs accounted for 527 times of use,accounting for 33.14% of the total drug classification.The top three drug use frequency were warm drugs,cold drugs and mild drugs.Sweet medicine is the first medicine,followed by bitter,spicy,sour,salty,light and astringent.The main treatment is drugs entering the liver meridian.Conclusion:1.Through this study,the most common blood stasis type of DPN is Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,Qi and yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.There are 14high-frequency drugs for the treatment of blood stasis type DPN,among which the top 8drugs are Astragalus membranaceus,Angelica sinensis,Caulis Spatholobi,earthworm,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Ramulus Cinnamomi,Achyranthes bidentata and Radix Paeoniae Rubra.2.In the treatment of DPN of blood stasis type,modern TCM scholars mainly use warm medicine,followed by cold medicine;The most delicious medicine was sweet,followed by bitter and pungent.3.In the treatment of DPN of blood stasis type,the main channels are liver channel,spleen channel,heart channel,lung channel and kidney channel;The main drugs are tonifying deficiency drugs and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis drugs.4.Through spss25.0 statistical software,35 traditional Chinese medicines were clustered into2 groups of clustering square pairs and 5 groups of clustering square groups.The compatibility of each pair and the principle of prescription group were analyzed,which were consistent with the general pathogenesis of the disease.
