Based On The Literature Analysis Of The Medication Rules Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation In The Treatment Of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

Research purpose: In this study,we collected ten years of Chinese literature on the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy with fumigation and washing of traditional Chinese medicine from October 1,2010 to October 1,2020 by searching key words in CNKI,VIP database and Wanfang database 26.0 software for data collection,statistical analysis,and on this basis,summarized the medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy in recent ten years,to provide ideas for future clinicians to treat this disease.Research methods: The Chinese literatures on the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy by herbal fumigation published on CNKI from October 1,2010 to October 1,2020 were collected.According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,the final included literatures were determined,and the effective prescriptions were collected and sorted out.The database was established by Microsoft Excel software.Taking single traditional Chinese medicine as the variable,the core drugs with frequency of more than 20 times were sorted out according to the drug properties,meridian tropism and drug classification 26.0statistical software.The common drug pairs and clustering formulas obtained from cluster analysis were used to analyze the relationship between drugs and DPN.Research results: In this study,196 literatures were selected,involving 138 traditional Chinese medicines,with a total frequency of 1852 times.There are 26 commonly used drugs(i.e.frequency > 20 times),with a cumulative frequency of 1412 times,accounting for76.24% of the total frequency.They are the core drugs of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy in recent 10 years.Using spss26.0 software,25 commonly used drug pairs and 5 clusters were obtained.Based on drug classification,The top three categories of frequency were drugs for dispelling wind and dampness,drugs for activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and drugs for relieving exterior symptoms.The cumulative frequency was 670,397,and 214,accounting for 36.18%,21.44%,and 11.56% of the total frequency respectively.Based on the drug properties,warm drugs were the most common properties.Based on the drug meridian tropism,liver meridian,spleen meridian,and heart meridian were the most common tropisms,with the frequency of 24.50%,14.99% respectively ?13.83%;Conclusion:1.The top three drugs used in the treatment of DPN with fumigation and washing of traditional Chinese medicine were safflower,Ramulus Cinnamomi,Caulis Spatholobi;the core drugs with more than 20 times were safflower,Ramulus Cinnamomi,Caulis Spatholobi,Angelica sinensis,Tougucao and other 26 drugs.2.In the traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing treatment of DPN drugs,the top three drugs in the frequency of drug classification are Huoxue Huayu drugs,Qufengshi drugs and jiebiao drugs.3.In the treatment of DPN with fumigation and washing of traditional Chinese medicine,warm drugs are the main drugs,and drugs entering the liver channel are the main drugs.4.By cluster analysis,we got 25 common drug pairs and 5 common drug groups of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing in the treatment of DPN,and analyzed the principle of their prescriptions,and found that they were all consistent with the pathogenesis of the disease.
