Purpose:By searching and sorting out the literature on the treatment of eczema with traditional Chinese medicine in the ancient and modern literature,using statistical methods to summarize,summarize and compare the traditional Chinese medicine used in the treatment of eczema by the ancient and modern literature,summarize,compare,draw the ancient and modern medication rules,and discuss the characteristics of ancient and modern doctors' medication,To explore medication ideas for modern clinical treatment of eczema,provide medication basis,in order to provide better clinical treatment services.Material and method:The collection of ancient books and documents selects the software "Dianhai of Traditional Chinese Medicine",such as "damp sore","four curved winds","milli sore","soaked sore","milk sore","umbilical sore","blood wind sore",etc.Search for key words.The collection of modern documents is selected in the China Journal Network(CNKI),with "eczema" as the subject term,retrieval and screening,and the time is limited to "January2011-December 2020".Use Excel to establish a database with the collected data,conduct statistical analysis through spss,and study the rules of drug use.Results:1.In this study,a total of 76 ancient documents were selected,a total of 103 prescriptions,a total of 170 Chinese medicines,and a total of 644 citations;a total of 175 modern documents,a total of 233 prescriptions,and a total of 170 Chinese medicines were screened out.The citation frequency is 2610 times.2.The traditional Chinese medicine most frequently used by doctors in ancient times is Atractylodes japonicus,with 25 occurrences and 24.3% frequency.The most frequently used Chinese medicine by modern doctors is Baixianpi,with 137 occurrences and 059.1%.3.Other high-frequency medicines used by ancient doctors were Angelica,Alisma,Cork,Scutellaria,Coix Seed,Atractylodes,Poria,etc.Other high-frequency medicines used in modern times are Shengdi,Plantago,Forsythia,Atractylodes,Kochia scoparia,Gardenia,Angelica,etc.4.Among the prescriptions of ancient doctors,the Chinese medicines for clearing away heat,invigorating deficiency,and relieving the surface were more frequently used.The total number of medications was 372,and the relative frequency was 57.6%;among the prescriptions of modern doctors,the more frequent ones were clearing away heat and tonics.Deficiency medicine,diuresis and dampness medicine,the total number of medications was1541,and the relative frequency was 80.6%.5.In ancient prescriptions,the drug compatibility with the highest confidence in the correlation analysis was Atractylodes-Phellodendron,with a confidence of 87.50 and a support of 15.534;in modern prescriptions,the drug compatibility with the highest confidence in the correlation analysis was Fangfeng-Nepeta,with a confidence of The 88.46 support is11.207.The support is 11.207.Conclusion:1.Traditional Chinese medicines used by ancient physicians in the treatment of eczema are the most frequently used types of Chinese medicines for clearing away heat,invigorating deficiency and relieving the surface.Modern Chinese medicines used by physicians in the treatment of eczema are more frequently used types of clearing away heat and invigorating deficiency.On this basis,Chinese medicines are used more frequently for diuresis and dampness.2.In ancient times,the main treatment for this disease was to replenish qi and blood,clear damp-heat,relieve the surface and dispel wind;modern physicians used to clear heat,detoxify and cool the blood,and replenish qi,nourish yin and invigorate blood.Diuretic seepage and dampness.3.Heat-clearing medicines and tonic medicines are traditional Chinese medicines commonly used by doctors in ancient and modern times.4.Compared with ancient doctors,modern doctors use more traditional Chinese medicines with the effects of clearing away heat and dampness,followed by traditional Chinese medicines with the effects of clearing heat and detoxification,cooling blood and clearing deficiency and heat.5.The drugs used by ancient physicians were mainly blood-tonifying and qi-tonifying drugs.Modern physicians also used yin-tonifying drugs on the basis of blood-tonifying and qi-tonifying Chinese medicines.6.The development of the etiology and pathogenesis of eczema has led to changes in the treatment of drugs,which may be related to various factors such as climate warming at four o'clock,changes in living environment,changes in diet,and changes in physical fitness.
