Purpose:Explore the treatment effect and the unity of physique and mental after the treatment of colorectal cancer under the guidance of the unity theory of physique and mental.Material and method:The research method of retrospective analysis of cases was adopted.Selected the patients visited the inpatient department of the Oncology Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Professor Yin Dongfeng's outpatient clinic with colorectal cancer as the only primary tumor and the number of each visitors should larger than twice during January 2019 to September 2020,and the total number of cases is 158.Using WPS Excel to establish a database, calculate the physique and mental injury scores of patients with colorectal cancer before and after using the treatment process of colorectal cancer under the unity theory of physique and mental by using the weighted average formula, calculate the ratio of physique and mental injury, and use SPSS18.0 statistical software for data processing and measurement. The data are expressed as meansąs,the data between groups are in accordance with the normal distribution, and the paired sample t-test is used for comparison, and p<0.05 indicates that the difference is statistically significant.Results:1.A total of 158 patients were counted in the study, including 108 inpatients,50 outpatients, among them,16 patients had different stages at the two visits,so there were 174 patients in total.78 patients in the tumor-free stage group,71 patients in the early-stage group with tumor,21 patients in the late stage group with tumor, and 4 patients in the terminal stage group. After treatment,1 person changed from the tumor-free stage group at the time of initial treatment to the late-stage group with tumor,1 person changed from the early-stage group with tumor to the tumor-free stage group,2 people changed from the tumor-free stage group to the terminal stage group,2 people changed from the late stage tumor group to the terminal stage group,4 people changed from the early stage tumor group to the late stage tumor group, and 6 people changed from the late stage tumor group to the early stage tumor group.2.Before and after treatment,37 cases of physical injury score decreased,67 cases did not change,70 cases had increased, and the effective rate was 60.49%;before and after treatment, there were 124 cases of mental injury score decreased,23 cases remained unchanged,27 cases increased, and the effective rate was 70.11%.3.After treatment, the physical and mental injuries of the tumor-free stage group, the early stage group with tumor and the late stage group with tumor are all improved to a certain extent.Decreased or unchanged scores are regarded as effective, indicating abnormal physical or abnormal signs of the patient was controlled or improved.4.Through calculations,it is found that compared with before treatment, except the last stage group with tumor, the ratio of the physical and mental injuries index from the ward and outpatient was lower than before treatment, suggesting that the reduction of mental injury score after treatment was greater than that of the physical injury score, reflecting the absolute unity of physique and mental, close to absolute unity of physique and mental, and close to relative unity of physique and mental.Conclusion:1.For the observation of the therapeutic effect of mental injury, there are significant differences in the changes of mental injury before and after treatment in the ward tumor-free stage group,early-stage group with tumor,late-stage group with tumor and outpatient tumor-free stage group.2.For the observation of the treatment effect of the physical injury, there is no significant difference in the changes of the physical injury of the patients before and after the treatment, except for the patients who died at last.3.Except the last stage group with tumor, the ratio of the physical and mental injuries index of the ward and outpatient was lower than before treatment, suggesting that the reduction of mental injury score after treatment was greater than that of the physical injury score, reflecting the absolute unity of physique and mental, close to absolute unity of physique and mental, and close to relative unity of physique and mental.4.Studies have shown that the frequency of using Chinese medicines for the treatment of physique and mental in the tumor-free stage group, the early-stage group with tumor and late stage group with tumor is consistent with clinical treatment experience.
