Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Cervical Cancer Under The Guidance Of The Theory Of Unification Of Body And Spirit

Purpose: To observe the cervical cancer treatment effect and the unity of physique and spirit effect under the guidance of the unity of physique and spirit theory.Material and method: Using a retrospective review of cases,67 cases were selected from the inpatient department of oncology of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese medicine and the outpatient clinic of Prof.Yin Dongfeng,with cervical cancer was the only primary tumor and the number of visits was not less than 2,during the time between January 2019 and September 2020.A database was created using Microsoft Excel 2016,and using the formula of weighted average to calculate the scores of physique damage and spirit damage before and after the treatment of the at each stage of the cervical cancer patients who observed the treatment process of cervical cancer under the unity theory of physique and spirit.Using spss25.0 statistical software,and the measurement data were expressed as means ± s,and the data between groups conformed to normal distribution and were compared using the Paired sample t-test was used to compare the difference before and after treatment,P < 0.05 was statistically significant.Results:1.Of the 67 patients who visited the hospital,after treatment,43 were tumor-free stage and two of them were both due to achieving complete response after radiotherapy;three patients at early stage;seven patients at intermediate stage;four patients at late stage;five patients at end stage;five patients were death,one of the five patients died who was the intermediate stage at the first admission to the hospital during the observation period.2.There were 8 cases of reduction in the physique damage score before and after treatment,52 cases of no change,7 cases of increase,the effective rate was 11.94%,the overall effective rate was 89.55%;there were 46 cases of reduction in the spirit damage score before and after treatment,7 cases were unchanged,14 cases were increased,the effective rate was 68.66%,the overall effective rate was 79.10%.3.Through the observation of all the patients with the physique damage and spirit damage of the line chart,it was found that except patients who have died,the physique damage of patients was not obvious;The observation of the changes of the spirit damage before and after treatment showed that the separation was obvious.Except for the dead patients,the line of spirit damage before treatment was higher than that after treatment..4.The p-value of the change of patients' physique damage before and after treatment was found to be 0.20>0.05 by independent sample t test,so the treatment effect is not obvious,no statistical significance;p=0.00<0.05 for the change of patients' spirit damage,treatment effect was obvious.5.In patients without neoplasia,to achieve an absoluteness unity of physique and spirit,the damage should be mainly solved are pain,fatigue,insomnia,self-sweats,night sweats,edema and effusion.To make the tumor patients be pursue the essence of being close to a relativeness(or absoluteness)unity,active treatment should be given to such as edema,effusion,pain,fatigue,insomnia,nausea,vomiting.Conclusion:1.For the treatment of physique damage,excepting the death patients there was no significant difference between the changes of physique damage in patients before and after treatment;2.For the treatment of spirit damage,there was a significant difference in the change of patients' spirit damage between before and after the treatment when except the death patient;3.Both tumor free stage and tumor stage patients after treatment the patient's spirit damage wound was reduced with obvious difference,but it was difficult to achieve an absolute unity of physique and spirit;4.For the tumor free patients to achieve an absoluteness unity of physique and spirit,the damage should be mainly solved are pain,fatigue,insomnia,self-sweats,night sweats,edema and effusion.5.To make the tumor patients be pursue the essence of being close to a relativeness(or absoluteness)unity,active treatment should be given to such as edema,effusion,pain,fatigue,insomnia,nausea,vomiting.
