A Retrospective Study On The Treatment Of Ovarian Cancer Under The Unification Of Mind And Body Theory

Purpose:To observe the ovarian cancer treatment effect and the unity of physique and spirit effect under the guidance of the unity of physique and spirit theory.Material and method:Using a retrospective review of cases,102 cases were selected from the inpatient department of oncology of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese medicine and the outpatient clinic of Prof.Yin Dongfeng,with ovarian cancer was the only primary tumor and the number of visits was not less than 2,during the time between January 2019 and December 2020.A database was created using Microsoft Excel 2007,and using the formula of weighted average to calculate the scores of physique damage and spirit damage before and after the treatment of at each stage of the cervical cancer patients and the situation of taking traditional Chinese medicine decoction who observed the treatment process of ovarian cancer under the unity theory of physique and spirit.Using spss25.0 statistical software,and the measurement data were expressed as means ± s,and the data between groups conformed to a normal distribution and were compared using the independent samples t-test,with P < 0.05.For the difference to be statistically significant.Results:1.The most common symptoms of 102 patients were pain,fatigue,insomnia and so on.Chaihu Longgu Muli decoction,combined with drugs of shape or drugs of shape and spirit,was used in the treatment of ovarian cancer.2.In the comparison of the treatment scores of the patients before and after the treatment,the treatment scores of all patients before and after the treatment were p = 0.026,which was significant.The treatment scores of the outpatients were p = 0.011,which was significant,while those of the inpatients(P = 0.442)were not significant.In the comparison of treatment before and after physical injury,the comparison of outpatients(P = 0.004),inpatients(P =0.022),all patients before and after treatment(P = 0.001),physical injury after treatment were significantly improved.3.According to the comparison of physical injury and mental injury before and after treatment,after excluding the dead patients,take the average value of each stage of physical injury and mental injury score before and after treatment to draw a curve(table 8-9).In the figure,we can see that the degree of mental injury of patients before and after treatment is slowed down,and the aggravating degree of physical injury of patients is also slowed down.It shows that the treatment of ovarian cancer under the unified theory of form and spirit can help reduce the incidence of ovarian cancer The adverse reactions of patients,improve the quality of life of patients.Conclusion:1.In the comprehensive treatment of ovarian cancer,traditional Chinese medicine can reduce the mental injury and part of the physical injury.2.Anti tumor treatment can eliminate or reduce the physical injury,although the treatment is short-term,it can also cause mental injury,or even mental injury delay,so the treatment of mental injury should run through the treatment,which is always one of the key points of the theory of unity of form and spirit to guide the treatment of ovarian cancer patients at various stages.
