| Purpose:Date mining technology is used to analyze the medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis,and provide more theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of diabetic gastroparesis.Material and method:Search the China National knowledge Base(CNKI),VIP,Wanfang database,gastroparesis form January 2010 to December 2020,search a total of 815 articles with the subject heading “Diabetic gastroparesis ”or “fullness”or“slow “”stomach”or“stomach rash”and 197 articles that meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria will be retrieved The Chinese medicine of Chinese medicine use Excel,Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform(V2.5)for data analysis,and obtains the medicine frequency,core combination,and relevance of the prescription.Results:1.Read 197 documents that meet the inclusion criteria,involving a total of 137 Chinese medicines,with a total frequency of 2100 occurences.The top 10 Chinese medicines with high frequency are:licorice,pinellia,atractylodes,tangerine peel,Tuckahoe,codonopsis,magnoliaofficinalis,Coptis,Astragalus,Amomum,villosum.According to the statistics of the four qi and five flavours of traditional Chinese medicine and the return to the meridian,the four qi is 2035 times.Among them,the most used,followed by the flatness,coldness,and the five flavors,which are used 3042 imes.The sweet medicine is used the most,followed by the bitterness.Spicy medicine,the total number of occurrences of return meridian is 6172 times,of which medicines for entering the spleen and stomach meridian are used most.To classify high-frequency Chinese medicines,qi-tonifying medicines are used the most,with a total of 559 occurrences,followed by qi-regulationg medicines,dampness medicines,heat-clearing medicines,and phlegm medicines.Based on unsupervised entropy hierachical clustering analysis,12 core drug combinations and 6 new prescriptions were obtained.2.Form the perspective of drug relevance,the top 10 names are:Pinella and Licorice,Atractylodes and Licorice,Atractylodes and Poria,Pinellia and Atractylodes,Licorice and Poria,Tangerine Peel and Atractylodes,Atracylodes,Licorice and Poria,Tangerine Peel and Atractylodes,Pinelle With dried tangerine peel,pinellia and poria,are commonly used medicines for the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis.3.Using the entropy hierarchical clustering analysis function in the TCM inheritance auxiliary platform software system,the relevant combinations are extracted through the unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering algorithm,and 12 groups of potential core combinations are extracted.On the basis of the core combinations,the unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering is used The algorithm got 6 new prescriptions,new prescription 1:black medicine,betel nut,agarwood,pot belly bark;new prescription 2:Ophiopogon japonicus,Adenophora japonicus,Polygonatum odoratum,Rehmannia glutinosa,Pueraria lobata root;new prescription 3: Scutellaria baicalensis,coptis,sand ren,dried ginger;new prescription 4:Peylan,Huoxiang,lily,oldenlandia diffusa;new prescription 5: Poria,jujube,atractylodes,dried ginger;new prescription 6: malt,divine song,hawthorn,rice sprout,white lentil.Conclusion:1.The commonly used drugs for the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis are the four qi and five flavors return to the meridian.It’s medicinal properties are mainly sweet,bitter,and pungent,and the main meridian is the spleen and stomach meridian.2.The efficacy of commonly used drugs for the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis is mainly qi-tonifying drugs,qi-regulating drugs,phlegm-resolving drugs,digestive drugs,and heat-clearing drugs.3.In the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis,the commonly used medicine pairs are also the compatibility of qi-tonifying drugs and qi-regulating drugs,qi-tonifying drugs and phlegm-resoloving drugs,qi-regulation drugs and phlegm-resolving drugs,and qi-tonifying drugs and diuretic and dampening drugs.4.In this study,six new prescriptions were obtained through unsupervised entropy hierarchical cluster analysis,which have certain value in clinical application and provide a basis for clinical medication. |
