Clinical Observation Of Warm Acupuncture And Moxibustion In The Treatment Of Foot Varus After Stroke

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Wen acupuncture on inner foot turning after stroke,explore the therapeutic effect of Wen acupuncture on the disease,and provide relevant clinical basis for future diagnosis and treatment.Materials and methods: 60 post-stroke patients were selected,all meeting the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria.Random digital tables was divided into observation and control groups,with 30 cases.Both groups were given routine treatment of individualized neurology department combined with targeted limb rehabilitation training,the observation group underwent warm acupuncture treatment,and the control group was treated with routine acupuncture.Before and after treatment,they were evaluated with inner foot Angle,improved Ashworth scale,Fugl-Meyer lower limb function evaluation scale and Holden walking function classification,and the results were recorded objectively and accurately,and the data used statistical analysis for SPSS25.0 software.Results:1.There was no significant difference between the two groups before 1.treatment(P>0.05).2.There were significant differences between the two groups after 2.treatment(P<0.05).3.After treatment,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).4.After treatment,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).5.After treatment,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).6.After treatment,there was significant difference in walking function between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Both conventional acupuncture and warm acupuncture can effectively treat varus after stroke.2.Compared with conventional acupuncture,warm acupuncture is superior to conventional acupuncture in improving varus angle,lower limb movement ability,lower limb spasm degree and lower limb walking ability of patients with varus after stroke.
