Objective: To observe clinical effects of Warm Acupuncture for ischemic stroke deficiency and blood- stasis syndrome,Method: By the way of random and control trial , 60 cases were randomly assigned into two groups, 30 cases of which were treated with Warm Acupuncture and 30 cases received electro-Acupuncture treatment as control. And TXB2, 6-K-PGF1α in blood plasm of two groups were compared before and after the treatment.Result: ①The total effective rate in the treatment group and the control group was 96.67%n and 93.33% respectively. The statistical analysis showed that the total effect had a significant difference between two groups(P<0. 05). ②After treatment, the relief of absence of nerval function was more marked in the treatment group than in the control group(P < 0. 05) 。③After treatment,the relief of TCM syndrome was more significant in the treatment group than in the control group(P < 0. 05)。 ④After treatment,the effect on TXB2, and 6-K-PGF1α of treatment was more significant in the treatment group than in the control group(P > 0. 05).Conclusion: Warm Acupuncture is an effective treatment for Ischemic Stroke With Qi-deficiency and Blood-stasis Syndrome.
