In the course of thousands of years of Chinese history,people's material and cultural life has never reached the current level of affluence.All kinds of marketing take food and culture as the carrier to stimulate people's taste buds and brains,induce and satisfy people's desires,and create a lot of business miracles.At the same time,this has led to tremendous changes in dietary structure and living habits,accompanied by a rapid increase in the incidence of chronic diseases in China.Relevant data show that by 2020,the number of chronic diseases in China has reached about 300 million,of which bad lifestyle has led to about 60% of chronic diseases,and the expenditure on chronic diseases has reached about 5.5 trillion yuan.According to a survey conducted by the World Health Organization,the ratio of health management expenses to treatment expenses and rescue expenses required to meet the same health standards is 1:8.5:100,which means that the cost of early health management is 1 yuan,the cost of treatment is reduced by 8.5 yuan,and the cost of rescue is reduced by 100 yuan.Founded in 2017,F Company spreads the concept of health in the form of storytelling,and it is committed to "making every family have a person who understands health".After more than 3 years of development,the number of network-wide hits of F Company's courses and related graphic materials has exceeded 700 million,and the annual income of online and offline courses has exceeded 100 million yuan,it has become a leader in the field of chronic health management.In the process of case study,the author studied the online and offline courses of F company and investigated the business model and business status of the company.The PEST analysis method was used to analyze the macro level of the external environment of F company,and the five forces model analysis method was used to analyze the micro level of the external environment of F company,business model canvas and other related theories were adopted to analyze the four elements of F company's business model,hoping to find the key points of its successful business model innovation in the field of chronic disease health management.In this paper,it is found that the purpose of health management is to change the behavior and habits of the target through the dissemination of content,and its essence is the process of persuading the target customers.F company takes the story as the carrier,enlightens the target customers through the truth contained in the story,repeatedly practices to spread the story to change the ideology of the target customer,and then changes the behavior habit of the target customers.F company's core resources are story creation and storytellers,both of which come from its internal students or users,which are the core elements for its rapid development and fissures.In addition,this paper analyzes the innovation points of its business model and the theoretical basis of its business operation,which are summarized as follows: first,the business model innovation of F company is key business innovation,which spreads the concept of health through storytelling;second,by using the relevant theories of social behavior and behavioral psychology,it analyzes the steps and behavior motivation of business model innovation,which can be used for reference to other companies' business model innovation;third,the dissemination of knowledge by storytelling has good guidance and reference significance for other institutions.
