Research On The Influence Of Cultural And Creative Enterprise Asset Structure On Enterprise Value

As the largest developing country,China's economy is in the process of transformation.The capital market with Chinese characteristics is significantly different from the mature markets in developed countries.With the continuous improvement of market mechanism,asset allocation efficiency has become one of the important factors affecting the production and development of enterprises.Asset management runs through the whole process of production and operation,to a certain extent,it affects and restricts the survival and development of enterprises.In order to maximize the value of an enterprise,it is necessary to deeply study the asset allocation of the enterprise's asset structure,optimize the asset structure,strengthen the asset management and improve the asset utilization.How to improve the asset structure,improve the asset management level and increase the enterprise value in the process of development of cultural enterprises is a problem that cultural enterprises must consider.Carrying out the research on the influence of asset structure on enterprise value can not only provide theoretical basis for individual enterprises to realize thepromotion of enterprise value,but also have a very important reference significance for the promotion of enterprise value in the whole country in the transitional economy and the clear direction of enterprise reform.On the basis of reviewing the research status at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the research framework of this paper combined with the data prepared in the early stage,examines the relationship between asset structure and operating efficiency from the perspective of contribution to enterprise operating performance,discusses the value creation mechanism of asset structure on the operating performance of cultural enterprises,and makes in-depth analysis on the changes of asset structure,the relationship between asset management and enterprise value.Based on the analysis of SCN's asset structure and the status quo of its asset management,cultural enterprises have the characteristics of small scale,fast growth,less tangible assets and the majority of intangible assets.This paper finds out the existing problems of SCN's asset structure and asset management,and the impact of this situation on the enterprise value,and proposes to optimize the asset structure of cultural enterprises and improve cultural enterprises The reasonable suggestions of asset management,combined with the actual situation,put forward reasonable countermeasures and suggestions for SCN company to optimize the asset structure,improve asset management,enhance the value of cultural enterprises,make it more scientific and reasonable in asset management,improve the efficiency of asset management,and better lay a good foundation for the later operation and development of cultural enterprises.The main contribution of this paper is to take cultural and creative enterprises as auxiliary cases.Through optimizing asset allocation,improving asset management and enhancing asset value,enterprises confirm that asset structure has a profound impact on enterprise value.The research results can be applied to the efficient income generation of enterprises,to achieve the goal of maximizing the value of enterprises,and to provide certain reference value for the development of enterprises.
