Chinese composers are always inheriting the traditional music while constantly bringing forth the new,just as Huang Huwei's Fantasia of Jialing River is a simple creation thought of composers,the music combines natural and simple national style,and is a Fantasia with rich Sichuan folk music characteristics,western composition techniques and exquisite piano techniques.This work expresses the composer's true feelings of loving his hometown.It is developed around the Jialing River,the main river in Bashu area for thousands of years,and runs through the whole music.In addition to describing the image of the water color of the Jialing River in many places,the music also shows the local cultural customs and folk music culture.Several unique music themes of Bashu describe the cordial and strong local conditions of Sichuan sound.This topic takes Jialing River Fantasia as the research object,combines the author's own performance practice,and starts from his own specialty,hoping to combine Chinese folk music and Shu tone with western piano music performance in the learning and performance process,and re feel the national music culture and aesthetic taste of our country through the piano,a Western musical instrument popular in the West for several centuries It inherits and develops Chinese excellent traditional folk music culture in piano performance.The main research methods of this paper are "literature review method".Through the collection of books,text retrieval,CNKI,VIP and other networks,the current research results and research directions of the subject are sorted out,and literature review is carried out after a comprehensive understanding.The second is "music analysis",which analyzes the form,tonal harmony,melody,rhythm and beat of the work,so as to further guide the performance of the work.Finally,this paper uses the"experience summary method",combined with their own performance experience and understanding of Chinese national music culture and Sichuan folk culture,summed up the rich cultural connotation and musical characteristics of Chinese piano music.
