At present,more and more attention has been paid to the study of traditional culture in the educational field.When the Chinese culture starts to change the weak cultural image and goes straight to the world again,the Chinese people will have new confidence in their traditional culture.The material of this translation practice is compiled by Professor Liu Dongying,deputy dean,professor and doctoral supervisor of the School of Liberal Arts of Heilongjiang University.It is a historical and cultural work of far-reaching significance to the ideological history of the Chinese nation in the series of popular readings of traditional Chinese culture,which describes Chuang Tzu's views on love,"beauty" and the relationship between women and men.In this translation practice,the translator analyzes the translation of cultural words from the cross-cultural perspective and the translation of cultural philosophical discourse.Through the analysis and interpretation of the original text,the translation strategies such as transliteration,literal translation and free translation are selected to reflect or present the source language culture in the translation without changing the original theme.The translator hopes that this translation practice can constantly improve herself and make a modest contribution to the translation studies of similar texts.
