In many of Carson Mc Cullers' novels, she not only explored the root causes of the inequality and disharmony of the relationship between the two genders in real life, but also created a new gender in order to subvert the existing gender ethics. This thesis interprets three novels of Mc Cullers by the method of literary ethical criticism, and analyzes the ethical dilemmas brought by the traditional marital ethics of Southern America and the mainstream gender ethics consciousness of binary Gender Opposition in the early 20 th century to many gender marginalized people,as well as the results brought by the hidden and struggling ethical choices of these gender marginalized people,so as to explain Mc Cullers' criticism to the traditional male-centered gender thought and the expectation of reconstructing gender ethical order. The ethical order is relative, the relationship between the two genders should be based on the harmony and equality, and the requirements of the ethical boundary of marriage and love for the dual gender are also worthy of reflection, which is also the inspiration of the ethical value brought by Mc Cullers' works.
