A Study On The Change Of Cooperative Medical Discourse In People's Daily (1958-2018) From The Perspective Of The Framework

In the more than 30 years since the founding of the People's Republic of China,the cooperative medical system has played a unique historical role in alleviating urban-rural conflicts,promoting social harmony,and maintaining political stability;after the 1980s,the cooperative medical system continued to shrink,and with it The public health crisis has brought severe tests to the ruling party,and it is urgent to re-establish a cooperative medical system.The media is an important field that reflects this process.This study attempts to analyze the cooperative medical reports of the People's Daily from a historical perspective,to explore the media presentation and framework changes of the People's Daily's cooperative medical reports,and to explore the influencing factors behind the changes in cooperative medical discourse.The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the topic selection background,literature review,research objects and research methods.The second chapter is the conclusion of content analysis,which is a quantitative content analysis of the seven aspects of report quantity,layout,genre,length,subject,emphasis on subject and source of information.Through analysis,it is found that the presentation of the cooperative medical system by the People's Daily is the result of the joint effect of "combined forces".Such "combined forces" include socio-political,historical,economic,institutional,and media development factors,which profoundly affect the " Distribution and content characteristics of People's Daily Cooperative Medical Report.The third chapter,based on the conclusion of the content analysis in chapter two,combined with the qualitative text analysis,puts the cooperative medical reports of People's Daily from 1958 to 2018 in 61 years into the political and historical background of a specific era,and reports on cooperative medical reports.Framework for analysis.The analysis found that the cooperative medical discourse in the 1960s and 1970s mainly completed the construction of the legitimacy of the regime through the three frameworks of "mythology","different self",and "remembering suffering".The People's Daily of this period Become the main field of political struggle.In the 1980s and 1990s,the politicization tendency of cooperative medical discourse weakened.The"People's Daily" clarified the boundary between the cooperative medical system and the"Cultural Revolution" through the "clarification1" framework."Oppose" and "support"are two different approaches to cooperative medical treatment.Since the new century,"People's Daily" has mainly assumed the responsibility of publicizing and introducing the new rural cooperative medical system.The fourth chapter is the conclusion and prospect.On the basis of the second and the third chapter,it summarizes the macro trend of the discourse construction of the people's daily cooperative medical report,and explores the influencing factors behind the discourse change of the cooperative medical report.All in all,the presentation of the Cooperative Medical System by the People's Daily reflects the distinctive characteristics of the times.This characteristic comes from various factors such as social,historical,economic,and political factors.At the same time,the analysis of cooperative medical discourse must also combine specific characteristics of the times.
